  1. Even pDPS Virtuoso use Bloodsong who is meant for cDPS. Reworking it into something flexible would be a nice change. It could generate a blade every 4 or 5 weapon attack that hit, or 3 to 4 weapon #1 attack that hit. Would help underwater, or when using a sword against a foe with lots of reflect.

Toolbelt: Give a big barrier to allies around you Shift Signet The mech shadowstep to your target location, or yourself if you don't have any target, and grant Swiftness Toolbelt: Breaks stun on allies and grant Swiftness Force Signet The mech pull foes toward it Toolbelt: Knockback foes away from you Superconducting Signet The mech create a field that applies conditions Toolbelt: Make your next attacks unblockable. Jade Buster Cannon become Unchanged
  3. For clarification Quickfire only keep the passive Justice effect active while Dormant Justice is up. Renewed Justice, by removing Dormant Justice, allows triggering the "on virtue use" traits more often. Justice is Blind Wrath of Justice Inspired Virtue Virtue of Resolution
  4. Nope. It could recharge Tome of Justice skills by 20%. Page recharge rate need to be better baseline.

  9. ANet can't remove arcdps as it's not them who made it. Only thing they could do is remove allied players detailed damage done from being sent to the game client so that arcdps is unable to show other players dps.
  10. If the skills have no cooldown, people will just spam the same few skills. Long cooldown on powerful skills are meant to give room for the use of less powerful skills. The pages are a global limit on your average "output" by preventing you to use every skill off cooldown so you need to think about what is best to use and when.
  11. I wouldn't say it is a nerf per say. More like a rework laying foundation for easier balance as there are more things to adjust.
  12. I would rather see it more in line with Thief Initiative. Maximum of 8 pages slots baseline. Recover 1 page every 3 seconds. Tome skills consume 1/2/2/3/3 pages. With skills 4 & 5 being more potent but with longer cooldowns. Archivist of Whispers: Lower tome skills cooldown by 20%.

  16. When you open a tome you get a corresponding dormant effect that disable the passive effect. Dormant effect duration is not refreshed when you re-open a tome. Dormant Justice last 30s (25s with Virtues traitline). Dormant Resolve last 50s (42s with Virtues traitline). Dormant Courage last 75s (63s with Virtues traitline). Renewed Justice remove the Dormant Justice effect .

  19. Because the tomes were overpowered in PvP, they nerfed FB into oblivion, With the tome rework, you can expect a up in a few months.
  20. An easy change ANet could do is have clones use the same Ambush skill as the Mirage player regardless of the clone weapon.
  21. Among the existing hammer skins, there are quite many that would look nice on mesmer. Among them, I really like the Shimmering Aurora Hammer.
