You would think if so many like the feature that event would occasionally be completed. I cut through there often & typically don't do that event unless I see a few low levels struggling with it.

I understand wanting to get credit but to kill whole mobs quick repeatedly isn't necessary. I'm talking things like using the raptor or cc to group up a mob & firing off a few attacks to kill all of them quick. I usually tag a few then move on once I get xp & never not got credit. I often have my 1st 2-3 events complete while I'm on my 3rd or 4th. I have hung back where the event is & not been able to tag spawns though. For me it's not too big of a deal because with mounts it's a lot easier for me to get to the next event. I do agree that it's more likely to be improved through scaling rather than players.

There is a lot of discussion about new player experience with steam coming. Something I've noticed is when the daily is for events on lower level maps higher level players tend to try a bit too hard. Like on escorts using a raptor to group then kill an entire mob not giving others a chance to tag or an event with waves killing all as soon as vulnerable. I understand it's hard to resist because when out in open world solo or on bigger events this is habit but not at all necessary here. I doubt some of it is accidental because after it's discussed in map chat it continues & if quickness is the goal it would be faster to tag then move on. I imagine scaling could be adjusted but players could also back off a bit.

Meh, still fun to watch. I'm back to no desire to get the turdle though. I saw a few at pagga's wood farm. I kinda feel like they are providing a mild service there though.

To clarify it wasn't just a message. I was running around killing spawns & they (thief) were simply killing before I had a chance to tag. Sometimes when farming I'll end up tag teaming with some random but we typically draw in enemies & allow each other to tag. So at first I just thought they were showing off or trolling but then I got "get your bot set up yet" in chat. I replied but was dismissed. Other times it's been more like "nice bot spot" or "afk much" in chat but this last time even trying my hardest I couldn't tag anything & they were following me around. I really don't blame them though because it's frustrating. I wasn't worried about being reported because as I said I reported 15 with vid evidence & they are all still there all day everyday. I saw a vid on the yt where a player was using his turtle to move bots. He ended up taking several to lions arch & deposited them by the activity. Very entertaining XD

I doubt anything is done. I reported 15 on one map with vid evidence. Several groups of 2-3 where they had the same name & also a stack of about 4 asura all repeating the same movements. I was told to report in game so I did. This was well over a week ago. I've been stuck home with covid & these groups have been there all day everyday. I've seen it mostly blazeridge but on a lot of other maps & even in the holo arena. I've decided I just won't spend money till this is at least reduced. Edit: I also stopped playing my necro pve because several times I've been harassed about botting even while actively moving/replying in chat. Sad part is I don't blame them for being agro.

I had a lot of issues with shadowplay in the past. The audio was always shorter than the vid so by half way the sound was quite far off.

Why punish yourself playing a class you don't like? I had one of each before I even thought about starting my 1st legendary. I've also found that what is boring for me today may be fun later. I played a lot of thief for years & going back to get all the new elites I found I love my revenant.

I usually tip around 70s for a jp, about 1/3 the daily reward. On the flip side when people tip for my home instance I send it back. The gesture is nice but I'm either going in anyway or sometimes I taxi while making dinner so I feel like my clicks aren't worth their payment.

I thought this was one of the easier legendary weapons. I found the trick to doing them was not to rush. Do jp's on dailies, limit how much of collections get done daily, break it down to little chunks. If you get too frustrated just put it down for a while & go back to it.

I shift+click it into the chat window, highlight the name then copy paste.

I have played every day since the update on the 8th & today was the only day I crashed so far. I crashed 4x in malchores leap, 1x in lornars pass & 1x in dredgehaunt cliffs then 2 more times in malchores. After the 1st 2x crashing I repaired files crashing that at like 30% then completing repair on the 2nd run. Most of the time it crashed while mounting or using the attack skill, 1 crash was during combat 1 using the guild tab to travel to the hall & 1 while hitting a node. After all that I was able to hit guild nodes, home & run 6 toons on a rich quartz with no issue. I've played for 4+ years with little to no issues, I hope this is resolved soon.

I have an online friend that mentioned interest in gw2 with the announcement of steam. It was delayed & we have been in a slump of other games. For reasons this friend is limited as to how he can purchase games. From what I could tell searching google if I buy a copy of gw2 from arena net I get a code I could give him to upgrade from a free account to a fully unlocked account. Is this correct?

Doesn't it unlock part of a collection for the home instance chest? Just did this a few months ago & it is expensive in the long run vaguely remember. > @sarbonn.7182 said:

I would like this to happen. I make much of my income on a node humping run & one of the rich iron nodes a skyscale tip pops up. It will likely be months to never that I complete skyscale and masteries. So 2-3x daily I get an annoying popup.

I was gung ho till I tried one. Maybe I'll finish........someday.

Any update on this?

It would be nice to get some info from the devs on this, at least a "hey we are working on it. I have been doing them in order and after my 2nd achievement chest all sunken chests appear open.
