The only one that I have NOT accomplished is #12--------the FIRST bush works the other 2 do not!!! The center (whenever tried) is just a DUD!!!!!  I have tried this on MULTIPLE characters with the same result!!! It is a TOTAL IMPEDENCE to area mastery!!!!

#12 Landscapping garden one is still bugged. Why can't Anet just change that one to pick up rock as a work around fix is beyond me

#12 is still bugged, well for me at least. For my friend, who'd joined me, it did work. So it's pretty selective. I've tried it on multiple characters now and so far no luck. Not even after todays patch (if that was supposed to fix it as well).

#12 is still bugged. Middle garden landscape is interactable, but simply doesn't do anything for me. It does not even refresh the Focused buff as it was mentioned by someone else in this topic.

Can confirm #12 is still bugged as of 9/12. Finally decided to start doing this and to farm Jade Runestones and you can interact, but nothing happens. No Focused buff. Can't finish this because of it.

Seems to be working now. If you need it, go there and try to complete it.

#12 is still bugged as of 9/16/22.  Tried switching maps, characters, and relogging and nothing works.  Bug report submitted.

I'll try at reset again and see if that helps.  Frustrating because this is the last one I need.  Anyone know of a workaround?

Apparently it's not bugged for everyone. I just watched 2 people getting it just like that. So not a general or map bug. Seems to be character or account based 😞

Same for me. Middle tree does not work for me, while someone else just ran past me and got it work just like that.
