Everyone gets a WvW themed version of Social Awkwardness from Fractals, except they don't need agony resistance to defend against it. Violate the personal space bubble, get whacked for 1% repeatedly and lose most of their healing power. I'm not sure if it will be good, but it will definitely be interesting.
