Like Necromantic Corruption is beyond broken and should have an universal ICD of 3 seconds on all minions rather than just be 10 seconds on every minion, you get overwhelmed by so many conditions in little time whenever you are yourself using conditions, it's stupid.Tbh, Reaper should have the damage reduction because of it's faster drain and general idea to frontline, not Necromancer where drain is slow and the overall concept more tanky with less risks.
