Lionwait.4815
I find over time I end up with stacks up on stacks of osbidian shards. This post is In hopes to bring about awareness to Anet. Give us a eater pleeeeeeeeease.
Forere.2875
On the one hand, I've never had enough ob shards drop that they became a legitimate inventory space concern, the way empyrial, bloodstone, and dragonite were.On the other, there's an eater for memories of battle. Shirlias.8104
Ts is probably a sw chests Farmer.Probably around 20/30 obs per hour.
Cynn.1659
Eaters are a band aid solution. We need more material sinks, that are actually used for something good.
Feanor.2358
Weird, I'm 24/7 starved on obsidian. It's where most of my karma goes.
Veprovina.4876
We need a bloodstone dust, empyrial fragments and dragonite ore eater. One of my alts is now converted to a mule that specifically holds only those. And i already have his full inventory of this stuff. Please anet, make the eater craftable and make it cost 2500 shards, 1000 fragments and 500 ore (that's the frequency of their drops), and a fourth not that easily obtainable item and let us craft ascended junk material eater. These already exist and are called "The Princess", "Star of Gratitude" and "Mawdrey II".

Check the wiki page on converters. There's already a bunch of different eaters for ascended crafting materials. Plus the frequency of drops varies wildly depending on what kind of content you play, so making a sink that eats all three but at widely different ratios isn't helpful. Drecien.4508
Too much ob shards you say? Make a legendary!

TexZero.7910
I also echo the sentiments of others who never run into this issue. Then again i can't be bothered running around SW in circles for the entirety of my gameplay. Perhaps the real solution isn't an eater, but to remove/replace them from the SW chest.
Heimskarl Ashfiend.9582
If you had a full collectable storage of obby shards, bloodstone bricks, Dragonite Ingots, Empyreal Stars and possibly even Fulgurite, you may as well just delete them, otherwise, make those materials. DakotaCoty.5721
I have like 3k obi shards and have been deleting the rest for months; an eater would be great.
