Which big update can we expect to come first?

Many people believe that the two big updates announced by Anet (Alliances and Armory) will arrive in a very long time, as we know that the new expansion will be released next year, what do you think will come first?

Legendary armory seems easier to make than a expansion... i hope it comes soon i made alotta leggies after i heard of it

after EoD or neverif you've ever worked on a software you know that improvements that do not make profit get pushed for later all the time

They'll probably come as expansion features at this point (or never), but who knows.

I get the feeling there's going to be a lot of empty space between the end of the icebrood saga and EoD. that's a perfect moment for them to implement features like these that are not large content drops, but rather quality improvements of the game.

I'd say this is quite likely. Features held back for the expansion to pad out the feature list.

Armory and EOD in 2021, alliances in 2024

I feel like Armory will come sometime in the next year, I'm only speculating though since we've gotten no real date or even an estimation on when it'll be completed.Alliances It's been so long that I think it will either come with the new expansion or not at all, WvW barely gets any attention so i wouldn't be surprised if they'd scrapped the idea.
