However if you're starting from 0 Skirmish Tickets, it takes 6 weeks of Wood-Diamond chests to get all the Tickets you need to make it. (I could be wrong, pretty sure it's 6 weeks though).Finishing the last diamond chest grants you 365 tickets. So you need 2 weeks and one day for 750 tickets. That itself is nothing. Wvw players have something around 10.000 tickets in their bank these days. The bigger problem is the time you need. A low rank player gets between 4 and 11 pips per tick. So he needs between 30 and 11 hours to finish the last chest (1450 pips overall). That's something a player has to be aware of. I've said this from day one when links became a thing. Yeah, sure it fixes some issues with populations to an extent but if you're moving en-mass to a new server because you dislike who you're linked with (Which is what happens, don't even try an deny it) then the cost should be the same as the host, if the host is classed as "Full" then it should be 1,800 gems the same as a server that's Very High because the difference between the 2 is mostly minimal since it can be swayed due to playing hours.

Just to note, Piken is now classed as "Full" again. :)

Piken was full prior relinks, so your population was probably higher than Jade Sea's when the re-links were made and as someone else said, it's always the same when Piken don't get a link, everyone moves off and/or stops playing to drop the population so you can then get a link next time. This is what, the 3rd or 4th time it's happened? Get used to it or move servers... Also, it's difficult to destroy a 'community' if that community is a server and not the server it's linked with, no?

Imagine thinking NA and EU are any different when you're not in high Platinum or Legendary. High rank EU players are much better and more plentiful. The rest is the same kitten between either region. Get off your high horse. I'm sorry, i'll stop feeding my horse the 'Sunday Special Grass' i get from my good friend with the colourful hat that says 'mon' at the end of every sentence. :(

The same Dev later said something along the lines of "Yep, there's skill-lag" and then vanished into the long grass never to be heard of again... How long ago did this happen? Just recently? A month or 2 ago, was either just before or just after Christmas. Was that the one about the server configuration issue? I remember this one but it was a fair few months ago, so if it was not too long ago it must be a different one from the server misconfigured one. Would've loved to see what it looked like. There has to be quite a few things affecting the current lag atm, but the servers definitely do have a long outstanding underlying issue.Not that i'm aware of... But it sure wasn't that long ago but someone has/had a clip of it where all their skills just went on CD for 5 seconds. (1-5 and 6-0).

I'm confused, you had to queue up because all the maps had queues but their servers can't support "88 people on 4 maps" - Anyone else a little puzzled at what the actual complaint is about...?

That's not true. Guardian Staff 5 also has no LoS restrictions, no it doesn't do damage but you can knock people off siege etc if you place it well enough. I'm sure Torch 5(?) on Necro also ignores LoS restrictions as does some skills in Shroud on Core Necro. Disclaimer: I don't play Necro so i could be wrong and they may have fixed the things i've mentioned.

Well yeah, if you're running power in a zerg, it's either Marauder or Berserker. That's the whole point of running certain gear in zergs because it compliments and supports each other based on the role they're playing.

Depends what the class is tbh... Most DPS builds are usually Marauder or Berserker now. Support/Healing is Minstrel or Cleric? Condi is generally more unique but built around Carrion, Dire, Trailblazer and... I can't remember the other one off the top of my head.
