  1. The problem with this would probably mean the instance requiring higher resources to load. But it could be cool as a separated instance inside the AB, just like the golem training ground and the aerodrome.
  2. I've been constantly swapping builds lately, over and over in the same day and I don't recall having to correct the skill order in weeks. Anyone else? Is this bug finally addressed?
  3. Fighting against a boonball and taking a single player just for it to be revived 2 seconds after is simply not fun. Just disable downstate for enemies when you are outnumbered.

  5. IMO this is the problem of the old SA to be honest. Being able to both negate all damage through mobility and also being able to have permanent stealth was a problem, and stealth was the most obvious fix. I kinda agree with your vision of subterfuge, stealth and tactics, but being able to enter and reenter stealth over and over was awful to play against. I'm replaying thief after some break and I find both core and deadeye perfectly good, specially DE. I wish Anet gave some love to Acrobatics though.

  11. Man I don't know, as someone who started thief by playing SA DE with double rifle, I think this spec is better dead than being the stealth shitshow it currently is.
  12. If you don't know how to balance certain classes that's ok., you don't have to. But at least have some shame and try to rely on people who indeed knows how those classes work, specially if they are willing to help for free and just because they love your game.   17. Is no use, I've been told in this subforum that is literally impossible to use items during a fight. That's not a confession, more like a really simple take from your side. You don't need to buy any items, in fact you rarely see anyone using them. But you CAN do it to disable an extremely recurrent mechanic. Imagine if you had an item that would block or reflect projectiles to counter rangers? Or an item that would negate boons to use against celestial abusers? Or an item that could recurrently blind warriors? Well, none of those exist, but there is an item that can mark foes during 30s for just 10 supply, negating the permastealth. C'mon, marked thieves cannot even complete the three leaps over smoke fields before being revealed. • You can have as many markers are you want, but or course they have CD or they would be OP. • 99% of the skills can be evaded lmao, do you want Arenanet to secure the skills for you too? • 10 supply the throwable version, oh my god, is not like keeps hoard +1000 supplies, not to mention towers and camps. Each marker last 30s, if you can't fight and take a marked thief in that time, the problem is either you or the absurd thief's mobility.

  19. I feel the same but the single dodge mechanic is a huge drawback, so sometimes I get tired of it and turn back to Herald.

  21. Been a while without a thread complaining about thieves.
  22. I don't know if this was ever a thing but I assure you is not supposed to work this way. I once encounter this bug while playing Herald, so I switched to Shiro but somehow I still had the facets active, resetting the boons and draining energy (I couldn't even activate Against the Odds)
