Yeah, it's tough to solo. I was helping a guildie with another player from the guild (there were three of us) and we managed to get through it.

Too difficult is not the same as not profitable enough when weighed against resources and other expenditures.

ANet isn't "getting away with it". They are under no obligation to give away anything for free. People really need to curb their entitlement mentality.

What proof do you have that no one from Anet read this thread? The same proof that someone did? Just because they decided not to respond does not mean that they aren't reading or ignoring the issue.

Maybe WvW rewards are lower to encourage actual WvW game-play and not just reward hunters? Not being snide. Just wondering if that's Anet's reasoning for the disparity?

You are absolutely right but thats no reason to behave like that. Developpers should see to it alot more that people that behave like this get banned or taught a lesson. Nothing is being done about this in the gaming world. Well, if these players are breaking the Code of Conduct, then they should be reported. Anet will never publicly detail if any actions are taken or if so, what those actions were. Still, the mantra around here for those types of players is: Report, Block, Move on.

Yeah 2 and 5 months ago tho. How long are you supposed to go back and why expect everyone on these forums to remember and never want to discuss a topic again? And I would argue this one added more ideas. I'd rather a new one then sift thru 50 comments of an old thread I missed for 1 new comment. Like I said if it's lag botting the mount licences that's been beat to death then yeah I can see that being annoying. There is a few about the new expansion. Does that mean as we inch closer these next 2 years no one ever on here can start a new thread about Cantha? Cause that would make no sense.I did say "typically". ;)

I don't think anyone is trying to shut anyone up. However, it is (in my opinion) polite forum protocol to use the search feature before posting a new thread to see if the topic has already been discussed.

I agree. To me, the problem lies with Anet trying to equally cater to all of the diverse play preferences, which gives the users a sub-optimal experience.

Might also consider the Players Helping Players forum.

Here I thought that Fashion Wars was the true endgame.
