Hello guru’s, With the recent banner changes, my interest peaked with the warrior profession. Mostly Bladesworn and Spellbreaker, not so much beserker. The banner change has made the profession even more interesting. I’m currently a ranger main and falling out of love with it for various bug/spec/disappointment related reasons. So looking for something refreshing. I do mostly open world and wvw roaming for which I was thinking Bladesworn for the former and Spellbreaker for the latter. Anyone care to share some insight on those specs in those environment? And any race recommendations that have great animations?

I really enjoy shortbow. I use it in Open World just for the heck of it. I agree the flanking or from behind gimmick a bit dated. I’d like to see the LotF shortbow perks as a baseline added, but with a different mechanic, such as it applying if the target is moving. Shortbow 2 is very similar to axe 2, so maybe applying the shattering effect would be cool. Also, shortbow 3 is quite aggravating (for me). Id like to see it lose the leap backward, change the arrow into a pull of the target, and maybe apply cripple to represent a “snare”.

Not sure how I can justify (to myself) continued financial support of this game. As much as I love GW2, this whole thing reeks of shoddy leadership and business practices and with these “explanations”, it looks like there won’t be any improving either. Havent found the motivation to play since the leaks and cant see it in the near future. Thanks ANET

I dont have an issue with auto attack doing decent DPS, but pulling off rotations should always be better numbers.

Fun is subjective. For my experience, it had fun and not so fun parts. There are also many ways to bypass parts of the achievements already.

Agreed. It would be purely cosmetic as to avoid any pay-to-win accusations. The idea of spit roasted quaggan is really funny lol

There is an an infusion and title locked behind how long someone has played this game. How about an infusion locked behind how much RL cash they’ve spent supporting this game? Maybe after the first several thousand spent and converted to gems, you get an achievement title like “Supporter of your Kingdom” and an infusion effect similar to the Koi Backpack, but replace the koi with quaggans.

Make spirits mobile and have it manifest one around you and one around your pet, affecting a smaller number of targets. The spirit around you pulses boons, the spirit around your pet pulses condis.

How does Fervant Force help with this? Does fervant force effect the 20 sec cool down?
