This. ^ Among many other "off" decisions in this patch. From WvW perspective, Heal Vindi was allowed to be in the comp because although it's cleanses were fairly offset below Heal Tempest and Druid, it was compensated with both Heals and Barrier. So to "balance" HVindi with Temp and Druid, the decision is to decrease it's heals (fair) and decrease it's cleanses? It's just mind boggling to anyone who has closely watched WvW cleanse and heal logs over this last year. I generally do not like to criticize, but it's the inexplicably haphazard choices that are way overshadowing the good trying to be accomplished in this patch.

I don't see that you've received an answer here, but I searched for this same issue. Definite lag/stutter when opening or closing the Hero Panel.

Another vote for including Edge of the Mists for standard WvW play, with some better mobility tweaking and what not. Seems like it would be a ton less work to revamp and a quicker return for the effort.

I see there are a variety of issues mentioned and all servers seem to have varying challenges. NA EST time zone here and all 4 options are queued for hours in the prime play time. It is sad to see fellow guildies log in with joy at getting the opportunity to play GW2, only to wait for an hour+ in queue and eventually log off, not able to play at all. Is there a way to better balance the servers? Can EotM be opened with same game play and rewards as the BLs? (I don't know the answers, but seems like there are better options that having the game not be available to players night-after-night.)

I've been wondering this too. Set Target now gets cleared when respawning in same zone, but I'd swear it didn't use to? (Personal target stays put, thankfully.)

That's what I'm seeing in these threads, and wondering if people aren't being more clear if they are unhappy from the WvW perspective. On that note, why the heck roll back this change on WvW FBs? You already have some guilds PAYING players in heavy loot bags to thank/intice people to play FB. (With thanks to the many dps players generous donations.) So why roll back a QOL in that game mode only and aggravate the p out of those players, too? 😒

No, not enjoyable and not relaxing. The mini-game is frustrating and stressful to me. While I believe in mini-games to keep the player active and engaged, this interpretation is not something I like to do. Also, as others have listed, there are so many other complications and issues. I have enjoyed fishing in other games but I do not fish in GW2.

Agree! Auto-disable minis in WvW maps. Will help with lag issues, too.

Issue: Black Lion packaged items inconsistent dye channel availability --Watchwork Wings Package sold for 60 Black Lion Statuettes, contains 2 items: Watchwork Wings Backpiece and Watchwork Wings Glider. The Glider has 2 dye channels but (inconsistently) the Backpiece does not have any dye channels, even though they are a match set. Please add ability to dye the backpiece?

Two of the squads I'm fortunate to run with have tested druid to good results in condi cleanses, heals, regen, and some cc. It appears that the Oct 4th patch opened up druid as a support/healing option.

For WvW, heal scrapper is not dominating cleanses anymore. Which is okay. I had just hoped it could be one of the possibilities. Heal tempest is easily outpacing scrapper in cleanses and heals (with a better QoL playstyle). Rather than bringing hscrapper in line with other support alternatives (which IS a good plan), the 'patch pendulum' swung too hard and hscrapper is not keeping up in cleanses and heals. It requires Shredder Gyro (rather than Bulwark) to try to stay on a roster comp/bring numbers. But even at that, several competitive guilds that I run with have booted hscrapper from play. Superspeed is definitely its asset. Anything else?

Same. I tried it the day I got the mastery, and accidentally placed it next to a regular waypoint. A little while later I thought I'd port to it just to make sure it works. It was already gone and so was my one and only effort to use it lol.

Hello! There are 2 or 3 commanders who run through HoT (VB-AB-TD) HPs each weekend. I saw 2 of them running yesterday. They always post their squads in the LFG tool under Heart of Thorns. There are also PoF HP runs, also posted to LFG for anyone who needs. (Thank goodness for these wonderful commanders who help the rest of us out! They often don't require but do appreciate tips. For the time they put in, they are deserving. I don't know where I'd be today without these fine folks.🙂) I just double-checked and don't see them running yet (or I'd send you their name) but please keep an eye and ear out to the LFG tool. If I see one pop-up today, I'll reach out. They definitely do not disappoint.

FBs are not arguing for the return of Retaliation. I wish everyone in this thread would stop focusing on that. FBs are arguing for a fair wxp/loot bag rewarding system for the same amount of time that they invest in to play as their teammates do. If support FBs ran in to clashes with their spicy Tome 1 firebooks, their teammates would be demanding the return of a competent FB who can keep them flush with Stability, Aegis, Regen, etc.

Still bugged. I appreciate all of the suggestions posted in this thread, I've been trying them. I've tried right after server reset, right after the last patch. Reported bug, of course. Weird!

This is the most useful bit of information I've read about mounts since they came out. How have I never learned this before? LOL. Well, in any case -- thank you for sharing this tidbit. I have just followed your suggestion to remap my keys and look forward to driving that rollerball a little better now without accidentally boosting it by spacebar. Many thanks!
