    It's probably a bug tbh, it just hasn't been fixed until now which is why its dumb because people then think it's a feature of the class, Weaver has had a bug since PoF beta and it's still there so maybe they will fix that next year or so

    I explained why it procs on Attunement swap or Kit swap at least "the reason at least for Eles and Engis is they dont have a weapon swap, so they proc sigils on attunement swap or Kit swaps, which is why Sigils have the 9 sec ICD as well "

    it has been there since Beta of PoF, Clearly Anet didn't think it was too much of a problem when we all want to use Ride the Lightning but we use Ring of Fire instead and waste it

    If your doing open world then it's whatever But for Fractals and Raids, you would be wanting to keep 25 stacks permanently as a Weaver so you don't lose out on damage and since Might is so easily given by other classes like Firebrand, it's better to go with Persisting Flames for more damage

    they normally say what the changes are to the elite specs before it is released, probably the last week before EoD comes out you will see the changes to each spec

    thats the problem really, its on the forums.. this is where people who aren't happy complain about the game, its the same with gw2 forums, it doesn't speak the thoughts of every single person playing that game however

    nothing beats Fresh Air Spam both Condi and Power work, but I prefer Power Marauder gear, i use D/F and Air overload into fire, spam skills back to air, overload again and so on D/Wh, Sc/Wh or Sc/F would probably work too

    Yep, i enjoyed the range style of ele, it's why I played it, although I enjoyed Tempest and Weaver as well, Staff was very good, nerfed in all game modes because of PvE which I found pretty dumb, nevertheless.. I had hoped Longbow would of been the weapon but ah well, Hammer doesn't interest me at all so the expansion is not worth the £20 they want
