  1. Not gonna lie, the new Wizard's Vault has been helping me greatly with crafting Ascended weapons and stuff, which is something I have been doing since I have a lot of characters and I want to give them all at least a set or two for it. Before then I had to farm golds and stuff which takes a while, but now it's quite easy.
  2. I personally find it logical that the "new" technology doesn't spread to other places yet, especially when it's well, new, and people are stubborn to both adapt to it and give away one (cough Asura). Cantha supposedly has been having Jade Tech for a decade now and while that's nothing in gw2 timeline, had they shared it around to the outside world, you would have seen way more of those outside of Tyria, not that it negates the fact that some people would still rely on the ol reliable paper and notes though. You don't need anyone's experience to explain this. If they are not going to share your inventions, you have three choices: ask them nicely (good luck lel), steal from them (or basically reverse-engineer and make your own version using that knowledge), or just suck it up and go on with your day without it. With most NPCs seemingly ignorant of...pretty much everything, I don't think they are in the rush to go after the Asura and demand that they get something from their secret boxes.
  3. Yeah, I'm sad by it. My Body Blow Warrior doesn't work anymore since the relic seems to focus more in condi damage now. Before then you could use it as a way to *really* annoy someone in pvp, but now you don't even have a reason to run Body Blow anymore (unless ofc you want to spam Weakness but still).
  4. One of the things that gets me excited about the expansion is the weapon proficiency and expanded options, but I would like to be assured that there will be an effort committed to making sure that at least half the options are workable in some ways and not a straight up a decision trap that would essentially be meaningless design-wise.
  5. Aristocracy effect with Eagle stats would be dope imo, same for strength. Orr effect with anything vitality based is going to be really tanky. Though I would Vampirism is going to be very useful in Open World due to its health siphoning upon killing mobs.
  6. Not gonna lie, I played Dragonfall with Berserker and often times mobs just dies before I could even reach max adrenaline to activate Berserk mode. I would appreciate it if it's something that can be uh...pre-filled before combat.
  7. Offhand pistol for Berserker/Spellbreaker Longbow for Willbender Offhand sword for Dragonhunter Greatsword for anything that isn't a Vindicator Pistol for Reaper Half of these are probably for roleplay reason rather than gameplay but eh.
  8. I tried using it, and it's not bad, if you ask me. You can practically almost have 100% boon uptime in pve, so as long as you have another trait that covers the remaining downtime you basically get perma-quickness.
  9. I play (or used to play) these this in Open World. "The Tonk" Metabattle's OW czerk but with Mace MH "Body Breaker"
  10. Warrior has the gigachad energy no other classes have. You can jump into a bunch of mobs and shake the whole ground, you can run around as a mad man blasting his cannon to some random nobody, you can give a pistol/pistol Thief a giant middle finger with blocks. People are just jealous of us Warrior enjoyers.
  11. Thinking about it...I find it funny that guard can pull some numbers using gs2 while warrior has to go through his rage mode to do the same thing....and now you can't do that anymore, at least not aesthetically. Really makes you think huh?
  12. Hate to break it to yall but. The reign of Arc Divider is over. Long Live the Skull Grinder.
  13. I just thought about having a cursed weapon combo for upcoming expansion. Being arguably the worst weapon in the game, Mace as a mainhand weapon doesn't do much damage and instead only CCs people and blocks attack every now and then. Pair this with an offhand Pistol that should have been ranged, it might sound like a really bad idea. Which it probably is, but then it allows for some gimmicks like: - Stun-locking people, then unloading your pistol in their face - Blocking even more because of Aegis from Pistol 4 + Mace 2 (because Spellbreaker out of all Warriors needs more ways to block/evade attacks lmao) - Giving a middle finger to a Pistol/Pistol Deadeye while running Shield Master because above
  14. And not even greatsword and anything with that, nah. Just a pair of bricks will do the trick.

You also forgot the fact that you need adrenaline *and* Core Warrior/Berserker to use it. Spellbreaker is limited to a weaker version and Bladesworn simply doesn't have it altogether.

I'm telling you man, Warrior is the "f2p" class of gw2, they try to make it bad so that you are pushed to play a more "premium" class like Firebrand for example (and thus you need to buy their expacs so that you get access to them).
  17. I mean, isn't that the whole point of choosing traits? To offer alternatives that are all viable in some ways?
  18. Put Dual Wield in Strength, either keep it as is, or buff it to stack with Quickness, or rework it so that you have +Power per one hand weapon. Put Body Blow in Arms, and either buff it so that you deal increased damage to foes with each conditions (like maybe 5% per condition) or have it like Reaper's Chill where you inflict bleeding every few seconds via Weakness.
  19. I'm going to be honest though, Daring Dragon was weak...and when I first tried it, I found it to be rather janky because you can't just pull DT after DT instantly and there was a cooldown for a second before you can do that. The lack of damage and CC from Unyielding Dragon didn't help either. What it needed was some buffs to make it viable, not a full rework. You want a rework, do it on Immortal Dragon, I find *zero* players using that.
  20. It's scary how similar rifle is compared to GS now. Both seem to be taken only for its Primal Burst and nothing else. We might just see that becoming a reality.
  21. I'm going to keep this simple: Buff Guard Hammer damage. That's it. Buff it to ridiculous amount of numbers even. Anet said it themselves that Hammer for Guard is meant to be slow and heavy, and I think it would be funny if you can use Mighty Blow and land something like 20k. I wanna feel like I hit someone with a truck when I use Hammer.
  22. It hurts knowing I actually went to recreate my Ranger into a Warrior.
  23. Hundred Blades doesn't even give you hundred attacks, only 8. So yes, it sucks.
  24. Old Arc Divider is fun yes. Personally Berserker in general isn't my playstyle as I'm more of a "calculated" Spellbreaker enjoyer, but when I wanna mow something down in Open World, Arc Divider was amazing. Now it's just an awkward Arcing Slice, which if I want something like that, I might as well go back to Spellbreaker or even Core.
