The reason wvw got stacked in the first place is allowing people to transfer which allowed wvw players to stack certain servers. This is why world linking doesn’t work because it’s based on overall population and not wvw population. Two worlds with the same population can have drastically different wvw populations. If there’s a reset no transfers should be allowed or people will just stack again and you’ll be back where you started. not really, if my idea was followed since worlds would be for wvw only. because pve is universal.worlds dont matter in pve.

The issue is wvw population difference. Two servers with similar overall population levels may have vastly different population numbers that play wvw. The issue is Anet takes metrics and link worlds based on that overall population and not the wvw population. i thought the issue here is eotm :3 on the issue of wvw, the solution i can think of is simple server reset every 3 months; so ppl can stack on a new server and those not active will simply have to choose eventually or atleast be removed from the worlds. that should unify players provided they are informed ahead of time like in a calendar. :)

well, if you do the story and the heart quests, you'll learn sooner or later what happens. especially the events and dungeons. :)

well char's eat asura, them being small meat. :open_mouth: so, asuran's would likely help the humans.sylvari are nature lovers, which may hate the char because chars kinda like kill nature through machinery; so they might likely choose humans, being the lesser of the two evil.the npcs in game, well they agro everything, but will probably like humans more, because humans.

well wvw needs a season where each server's population is renewed and players can choose a server every quarter. the links system needs to go. this way, the worlds will be populated

yes, yes it does. some servers are so small that there's no one there. some servers are so big that you can't even play.

anet can experiment a monthly experience to see if people like it, and then change change alter to make the experience better for players, since it's players who help them earn their keep and money irl. why not set up a yearly sched to do the adjustment like a catholic building their church. it may take more than 100 years but it's getting there piece by piece. to ensure the change is what the players want, make players vote for at most 3 choices to alter the state of wvw, then do that - check the reaction and feedback for a month, then again, make a 3 choice survey, then do that. always focussing on the 3 most important concerns to date but are more related to the changes. tournaments, to me is the top need. followed by new maps. followed by wvw queue system ala pvp. you can test it in one map in wvw - i.e. red bl. or eotm or in 1 normal bl.

I'm for it. break down red bl into mini maps - fire map, air map, earth map. or something new. >3<
