crafting weapons or armour you dont need for a collection is bad game design.i crafted one astral and one stellar weapon because i wanted a shiny axe for my mesmer.but now craft again 5 weapons i dont need ur use is some kind of stupid. and i never really farmed this map. maybe i can craft one or two weapons. and then again farm the map which has been nerfed into oblivion /cheer

I used to run minions, but its severely argh inducing with how frequently they suddenly despawn due to mounts or transforms. Going on cd. yes thats very annoying. Picking up an item and they are gone. change map = gone. Same with Mantras from Firebrand.

one major problem is the balance how and how fast you can get the map currencies from each map.Some are pretty easy and others are just pain.

not really. What are i'm doing on the maps? farm the daily nodes. doing hearts with multiple chars. Maybe, but only maybe im doing an meta event when its up on my map.Some maps are ok, some other maps are painful boring an empty.

i have a keyboard (VPRO 500s) without Numpad ;-)and imo i dont want to move my hand from my mouse or WASD.i'm using my 3rd, 4th and 5th mouse buttons combined with CTRL, ALT or SHIFT.

Difference between Skyscale and Griffon. Griffon is gamebreaking. Skyscale a boring mount which brings nothing new.the effort for the mount is way too high. 250 Inscribed Shards is pain. i did it for Dauntless and the backback. doing it again i want to kill myself.

i'm playing since release and only farmed this stuff once for something. you dont need the Crystals for anything. so why farming this stuff?same was for Silver and Gold needed for Aurora. If you read what the person you replied to said they dident farm it and still had 100, thats the point of that post.only because he said this, doesnt mean thats true. for example if you do not play the winter event, you dont have crystals.you have to go to the maps and farm it. every day. and you can only get around 25 each day. enough for one charged crystal. so having 100 you had to farm this stuff. but anet loves this. putting stuff in collections, nobody has anymore and call it content.

For this mount, no way. srsly that is the most boring and tedious way. farming the same stuff over and over and over again with multiple chars a day, or just one character over weeks again.I did this on the maps for every metacollection. After month they decided "you kno what. DO IT AGAIN!! Thats content !".Remove the accountbound max for farming on some maps and we can talk again.

This is certainly true but I for one greatly appreciate that anet has moved towards being more open in its communications with players over the past several months. There will always be players who -- either honestly or intentionally-- misinterpret what they say. But having the information out there is still far better than leaving everyone to guess . . . it would be great if they talk before and not after a release and then saying "our bad, we will be better in the future". they are not new in the business.in other MMOs this doesnt happen, because auf PTR and/or Betatest.
