  1. There is an item called skyscale pet whistle to play with a skyscale hatching wherever you are. It works similarly as dog whistle. And you need to play with it to unlock skills.
  2. Really hoping to see primordius and jormag. Even norn and asura celebrating. Would be strange and displaced to see another ktalkatorrik focused dragon bash.
  3. The 1/5 stars doesn't offer enough nuances. I will use the 100 pts rating. So per category: Arts and designs: From artworks, concept ats, loading screens to musics and sound effects. -> Solid 90/100. Very good overall one of the main quality of Anet. Talented artists. It isn't 100 because rarely, the loading screen don't really correspond to what is shown in map as example, crystal oasis or rata novus loading screen. Gemstore: Items designs, functionnality offered, what is sold. -> Meh 25/100. The only thing I care are characters slots and instruments. There is no follow up. The instruments are bugged since a good time and lacks half tone this is disgusting for an item cost of 800 gems. The designed outfit definitely has qiestionnable tastes horribles, most are just particles and look like nothing, would prefer outfit closer to ingame armor. The frost legion armor on gemstore is nice and would like to see more racial armors on hemstore, asura or norn or sylvari ones. Maybe all items have its uses, but i see no point in buying infinite tools nor finishers... finishers are the only way to monetize wvw and pvp? It is sad. Can't you offer skills appearances? fort and camps appearance in wvw? Wxp or protection or capture help boosts? Story: Plots, twists, how it is developped. -> Average 35/100. Can't put more after the horrible rushed not entertaining IBS finale. LS1? Liked scarlet but there was no real line more like booms and invasions everywhere. LS2? Still hate glint lair. Only liked meet the asura, this instance is genius and would have liked one like this for each race to show their origins how tgey met each other. LS3? Caudecus and Zinn plots were nice. LS4? My favourite because inquest or their tech in almost every episode. Joko deserved better, when he became threatening he got killed, still want him to burst out of aurene and killing it. Kralkatorrik was ruined, between the ultralaser from aurene cutting a wing to the boohoo arc of i m tormented... woukd have preferred kralk to just be a non talking nor speaking fury like primordius. We aren't at teletubies, don't see why dragons talk to us. LS5? Honestly grothmar and bjora east are gorgeous. I liked the light puzzles introduced with bjora west. Drizzlewood is interesting melting wvw and pve that is how i would design map. With my fanmade underground expansion I wanted to make a similar map underground where asura fight destroyers to hold positions and turn back on old asuran technologies. I'm happy anet made this true but with charrs. I like everything in that map. The north part is ok but the origin of the conversion machine isn't explained. In the R&D lab in the south it is said to be unknown tech and this plot isn't completed. Charr well maybe but sorry there is force fields on the device so asura? Jormag killed and inquest base and know their knowledge? Just assumption. Cause in old days a whole infusers and essence extractor was needed to transform someone into a minion so just drinking blood don't make any sense. That is when you started ruining the story. With champions it became worst, long instances to play and play and play again for achievs, bad rewards, not impressive story nor mechanics, everything rushed. We add a councilor without explanation, we create an alliance with kormag to disband it after, we transform braham in a destroyer then we revert it you guys don't even know what to do. To end with we have no ideas anymore let's nuke the dragons. I applaud your incompeyence should have put 10/100. 25 is generous. Expacs are little better. HoT offer good meta events like octovines or regent. The story let's say is coherent. Somes achievments are abusive like the ones tied to heart and minds. Boss shouldn't reset hp after killing you too. PoF was more chill, liked the story but here the foes are pain between djinns and hydras. Compared to hot the maps are empty very empty it lacks life. I never returned in pof maps since several years, sad because i'm fan of desert or egyptian themed environments. If EOD is full human I gonna pass, I hate humans, I don't care of them in any plot or mmo. You have other races, use them. That is why I prefer hot over pof: there are itzel, nunoch, asuras, sylvaris, the pact, exalted... what about pof? Awakened? Just mummy humand. Forged? Just humanoid armors. Djinns? Just floating mummy humans. Plus human armor. Plus human plot of saving humans. Plus stopping an human god. Lore: how it is develloped, the plots. -> 65/100 Nice but non sufficient. There are ton of ambiant dialogues, interactive items in story steps or secondary quests about finding things like all the chairs, kill karkas of la, find rats friends for someone, collect shinies.... Even books in durmand priory archives about big events. But there are still just so many plotholes that need to be answered: -who is E? -where is mai trin now? -where is mallyck? -who is overseer Kuda? -what was the role of R3D-RAC3R and why she had two veterran inquest bodyguards? -who is inquest high inquisitor maut? Its role? -what is the name of the deep sea dragon why we didn't saw its minions at infinity coil zone blue? -how auris weirdbringer got its aetherblade uniform? -why recent destroyers don't have zhaithan or mordremoth magic in them like in ls3? No, they can't absorb it. See subject alpha and beta. -what is tve point of subject alpha and beya researchs? Will there be a subject Delta? -how Jormag killed primordius whereas it is primordius that has high ground as sern by crystallized jormag blood shards all around? -how killing a dragon somehow free of magic its minions? They got infuzed. As shown with the branded devourer in grothmar, killing the dragon don't kill the minions. So braham should have stayed with a primordius look even if primordius is killed, same with icebrood. Do you see svanirs or icebrood exploding? No. Are risens not zombies anymore? No, still zombies, they just don't have goal anymore. And god stop using aurene as plot solving. So many to answers. Plus. How was funded in details the nightmare court? The inquest? Sons of svanirs? I want in game refetences. Outside of game sources don't count. Maps designs. Look, ambiances. -> 75/100 Very good. I don't really have things to complain apart kourna that is non finished with two missing lanes and gandara fortress that is just a fake paper castle. Bjora did well about creeps and shadows. Sandswept isles nicely represented inquest. Southsun is a nice dangerous island, meyrica represent correctely asuran culture, dredgehaunt show dredges grasp... really nothing really nothing to say, I would have made some maps little different apart that... So a total of.... 90+25+35+65+75 / 5 58/100. 5.8/10 Yes. You only pass for almost nothing the middle line Anet. And that is due of ignoring plot and lores holes and ruining the story with your champions and icebrood finale arcs. I play only pve so this is for pve. Add pvp and wvw and your rate go below the half maybe 30. I don't take bugs in account because who don't have bugs? Balance may be an issue but i don't really care.
  4. 1-A steampunk, Aetherblade, Watchwork, Plague doctor or golems themed engineer specialization. 2-More armor pieces and outfits that aren't human themed nor made only to look good on them. 3-Housing or offering proper guild hall decos diversity outside of human themed ones. If not possible, want as 3 that SAB is finished.

I'm happy to see that there are Partnerships and various merchandise beeing developped over time, If i remmeber correctely there are Mugs, Plushes, Mouse pads, maybe posters (not sure) and Clothes like T shirts or sweat. But I wonder; Okay, polymock is forgotten in game; but outside of the game? When I think about Guild wars 2, there are just tons of merchandising options that come to my mind: Before I start, I enjoy modelling, I shop a lot on https://www.games-workshop.com and https://www.etsy.com because Warhammer 40k. I also have custom tarots cards as example with Undertale characters. I'm a fan of posters and have various anime posters like full metal alchemist in my bedroom. And when I see all the very good arts from gw2, either from inside story journal or as loading screens, to sum up, everything you find there:https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Category:ArenaNet_concept_art and all the 3D models in game, I ask myself why there aren't more merchandise able to buy? Not gonna lie, I don't buy or use the ingame gemstore a lot, just when I need char slots (because of new released elite specializations) and mount skin if they are really my taste (only synergetic beetle currently and shrine guardian). And I would really like to be able to buy GW2 goodies outside of gw2, when I say goodies, I'm no speaking of T shirts or sweat or mugs. I don't care of those. I speak of Figurines, I speak of poster with concepts arts on them, I speak about the possibility to print my characters as plastic figurines to paint, I speak about gw2 common allies and ennemies figurines. And finally I speak about GW2 themed Monopoly or Chess game. Finally I like trading card games, and for each i buy boosters only to get rare cards; considering the number of characters in gw2 that thing has potential. --- Idea 1: The monopoly game (just an example) Train company -> Waypoint network (of maguuma, kryta, ascalon and shiverpeaks) Electricity -> Same or magic processor/ wires Water supply -> Water supply, stay the same Avenues -> Maps names, divided between the five races. City map are the most expensives. Since there are 8 colors, the ramining ones can be for ring of fire, crystal desert and icebrood saga ones. Money -> Gold/ silver / bronze coins or Black lion trading company ticket with a value on them. Community chests -> Can be a boss chest Chance -> Black lion trading company: You earned money from an auction, you have to pay fee, an event made you lost money... --- Idea 2: The gw2 card game (again, just my view of the thing) Different types of cards: 1- Warlord or leader: queen jennah, member of dragon watch, kudu, joko and so on, the big figures including, lord faren. 2- Troops: under the order of you (the warlord/leader), have atk, def and hp. if dying, warlord lose 1 point. let's say the leader has 10 points. Valiants, seraph; flame legion, peacemakers and so on. 3- Techniques: require energy to use, those are elite skills or environmental weapons to damage multiple enemy troops also include non spell skill like turrets. 4- Spells: Like summons, skills that use magic, cover what isn't technique (by technique i mean what can be done without magic). 5- Items: Like artifacts, to regen energy, protect troops, regen some health, boost your next attack... 6- Environment: Boost troops affiliating to it, example maguuma forest, flame citadel, crucible of eternity.... Turn by turn play, cards kinda look like the one from the card game magic: the gathering. Multiple version, normal, reflecting and for leaders some time they cover the whole card you see like the ultra rare pokemon trainer cards. --- Idea 3: Printing your character For this, you should associate with some printing company like games workshop said precedently (that already do lord of the ring figure btw) or another one example, hero forge https://www.heroforge.com , possibility too to seek for smaller companies or printing services offered by some shops on etsy. Currently, the only way is to capture our character with some kind of 3d capture software, modify it in blender or 3d program and then owning a 3d printer to print it. For characters, or for 3d models from the game. Not very legal indeed plus you don't earn money. That is why I ask you considering offering the possibility to players to print their characters. I have 10 characters, let's say i base myself on hero frge prenium plastic of 30€ a figure, so 300€, imagine that money multiplied by the players wanting to get one. Plus, you could offer figures of main characters, I would enjoy having a scuffy v1 with ls2 taimi. Plus, you know, having charr assets or even asura sold to be used on board games or melting them with dungeon or dragon or warhammer can be an interesting take. --- Idea 4: The gw2 posters and other goodies I swaear that a "rata novus" or "the charge" instance loading screen as poster in my bedroom would be sick. Even as mouth pads it can be very nice. Maybe whole set themed with the elder dragons concept arts. I don't know if there are artbook available, but one with all the concept arts, first version of rata sum, the locations in the 2013 trailer... it can be impressive. For the chess, well, put aurene as queen, your commander as king, dragon watch as tower, horses, fools, seraphs and so on as pawn, for the other side, dragons and their minions.... Anyway, all of those are just ideas, I bet some like card game may have been already requested but would really like to empty my wallet with those goodies.
  6. I have done all the achievements and I don't obtain the mastery achievement with the ascended equipment. As proofs, here are my screenshots of my hero pannel / achievements.   7. Another thing that will got fixed the week after, even for making new achievs that are related to already existing content they have issues, amazing. Not gonna replay all the episodes before! @Fire Attunement.9835 I hope there is a fix to allow earning "Return to Caithe reconnaissance squad" achievement. Players that have already done the story should be able to earn it through the purple star replay option, this is currently not the case. It is bugged. For me, the instance worked fine but at the end, instead of getting the mail and having to speak with tactician Envolt, the episode reset and we ask me to go investigating at fort salma, so first episode of LS2.
  8. Still want all the outfits helmet to be turned into separated helmet armor skin. I think of inquest exo suit helmet, Taimi outfit helmet or the wedding attire helmet.

Let's do maths: All races have 3 Tier of cultural armors, of each weight (light - medium - heavy), so each race already have 18 T1, 18 T2, 18 T3 = 54 armor pieces. Plus the following ones, dungeons, living story or gemstore but I count only armor pieces: Human: Funerary, Spearmarshal, Elonian, Warbeast, Corsair, Elegy, Requiem, Orr temple karma armor, Arah, Caudecus manor, Ascalonian. (TOTAL OF +11 SETS so 198 armor pieces) Charr: Fire citadel, Grothmar valley helmet skins, Frost legions armor skins gemstore (/!\ Identical for all weight). (TOTAL OF +2 SETS so 36 armor pieces) Norn: Bjora Raven ceremonial (/!\ No variety, identical for all weight), Honor of waves. (TOTAL OF +2 SETS, warning only 24 armors pieces here) Sylvari: Twilight arbor, toxic armor skins, shadow of dragons. (TOTAL OF +1 SET, 3 toxics and shadow so 24 armors pieces) Asura: Crucible of eternity, moto virtual box helmet, eventually scarlet armors. (TOTAL OF +1 SET, so 21 armors pieces) The armor sets are spread unequally, and the sets names I haven't quoted are non racial and generic offering poor customization for a race inspired look. And they are quite a lot. In this game about 5 main races occupying the world of Tyria, one is favored. I already live all day as a stupid human, it is boring, if I play this game it is to play as other races, why favoring human? Give love to other races for eternal alchemy and pale tree sake! Those are FACTS. Add more other than human armors. Please, thanks. Especially Charrs and Asura. They are overused in every living seasons or plot and somehow have poor armor choices. Finishing ceremonial norn armors can be cool too.
  10. I would like to request Asura and Sylvari guild hall decos. Indeed, 3/4 of the current ones are human themed and from divinity reach or amnoon. The asuran ones can be counted on hand: expensive fractal console, out of price dragon hologram generators or gold consumming norn holo dancers. And about sylvaris, do we have any apart the deluxe vine wall from HoT? That's why I request to you anet more asuran and sylvari decos. You proved with icebrood saga that you can deliver to us, guild hall decorators, quality charrs and norn decorations. Revisiting the Living seasons is an occasion to add them, ls2, ls3 and ls4 feature asura a lot so kinda a bummer to have no related decorations. Think about that anet: ascended trinklets, accessory, rings, amulets are everywhere, easily accessible at each ls map magic vendor. Why not also putting, I mean here now, adding, new gh decos at those magic vendors like it is the case for dragonfall volatile vendors? It is a good time now, because we are revisiting those episodes and maps.
  11. The finale of the saga and the upcoming events let think that the magic fled in the air reanimating old events/ stimulating flashbacks. Marionette, the fact of rexploring old ls chapters... What to expect from the aetherblade flag in eod trailer? Quoted from wiki: "Mai was captured after a Lionguard raid on the Aetherblade Retreat; however, the Aetherblades eventually freed Mai from captivity and fled with her into the Edge of the Mists as Scarlet had a specific task in mind for her.[2] While several Aetherblades fought under Scarlet in the Battle for Lion's Arch, Mai herself was absent, presumably continuing her secret mission in the Mists with the rest of the Aetherblades." So, still alive. We saw post ls1 aetherblades as example in ls4e1, domain of istan, they became regular pirates and don't even remember where they got their high tech airship. I definitely dunno if they still know about maintenance of it but presumly yes, because floating in the air. In cantha, there are two option however, let's think mai trin went here with a good amount of the aetherblades who raided Lion's arch. To remind everyone, aetherblades are an alliance between pirates and Inquest, if no inquest they are basically corsairs or pirates. That is why they have airships, know about EMP, have pact like airships they stole and changed their appearances, have holograms or asuran devices in their hideout. There is the special case of Aetherblade Auris Weirdbringer. Some may say its story is done: he was tinkering in grothmar on an asuran gate and woosh because of us and rift stabilizer we sent him at the pond in field of ruin. But there is something that don't add up, how, he passed from gladium/artisan clothes to aetherblade outfit? I think the puzzle in my mind become clearer, Mai trin and its crew which have auris in them had time to study the mists to understand them and do experiments of teleportation/translocation. Now it became far fetched: Remember Arkk from fractals? Do you know there are dead inquest squads in swamp fractals? What about uncategorized fractal? Remember the word of Auris at the pond. "All those dead animals, there is something wrong." We never really knew what arkk did, just thanks to nightmare fractal that it has a kind of debt regarding inquest and they want to capture him. So what my wild plot I'm making there? To me, Auris was working tranquilly but he was interested and very good at using asuran technologies like caera (scarlet), Arkk discovered it and asked him if he wanted to be part of a bigger scheme speaking about what scarlet was planning, to create the aetherblades. They went in mai trin crew, and they fled in the mist with them. BUT, the ls3 events happened, the bloodstone cataclysm of bloodstone fen. It created echoes in the mists creating rifts around in the mists. Intrigued by the rifts, some started working on experiments with the mists like Dessa did. And they teleported to several unknown locations including mossman swamp or reappearing in the past at aetherblade retreat. Every time with inquest recon squads. But they got killed by the mossman in swamp. After understanding how the rifts are linked together, like they are set on different frequencies, they designed rift stabilizers. In the aim to make the travels between the rifts easier, less random and dangerous. They made the class I. But the more they discovered at which places they led, the more entries they added, making a class II, III, IV and so on rift stabilizers. What the point? Travelling faster, strategic advantage. Mai trin surely still hateful toward lion arch and us and want a revenge. We never really knew from where the steam creatures came, what if it is from canthan aetherblade? They created those and sent them to tyria with portal allowing scarlet to tinker with it. So in cantha multiple scenarios can happens: 1-Aetherblade made an hideout, trying to occupy a good chunk of the continent to prepare a new assault on Tyria. It is shaped like aetherblade retreat and have even more advanced technology including rift teleportation machine, steam machines portal and airships, facility mixing the style of twilight aetherpath and aetherblade hideouts/retreats. Still steampunk or now cyberpunk. I assume Inquest has labs. To help aetherblade and to study Deep sea dragon like in a huge underwater hive complex. The engie specialization is even tied to aetherblades. 2-It is only times baubles, rifts, like in Jahai, displaced locations from the past: Battle of LA with knights and aetherblade admirals, queen jubilee during scarlet war, part of twilight aetherpath we never saw. This would fit the theme of reanimating ancient events I said at the start. 3-Like domain of Istan, they forgot everything, they are just pirates, maybe even peaceful, welcoming you. And just a local band/faction. (Really hope this isn't the scenario followed by eod) and the aetherblade flag in trailer was just a kind of clickbait. 4-They answer Auris Weirdbringer full story, how he got its aetherblade uniform, how the aetherblade and other scarlet war factions were formed by a load of DRMS and visions of the past. Even some strikes where you play as another character like horrik or mai trin. 5-Trololol scenario. Nothing related to them. Just a cinematic showing some airships. Luxon and kurziks don't exist anymore. You only have 1 npc that tell you that there is nothing to see in Cantha. A firework happens you learn the Deep sea dragon killed itself. Or that aurene had enough and killed it with a kamehameha before you arrive.

Was trying to comple the Challenge mote achiev. This is just a mess of skritt poop for the following reasons: 1- The malformed teragriff keeps spawning in LOOP at a ABBERANT SPEED. During the legendary fight how I am supposed to deal with the boss if like on my picture you have like 30 of those on you that one shot you thanks to their annoying friends grasping vines. And they number increase and increase and increase and you die, you die, you die alone. 2- Let's Speak of those GRASPING VINES, they are quite resistant, have an aggro (pull range) higher than what the AOE suggest! This invalidate your qualification for "don't be touched by malformed teragrif" frankly, does anyone beta tested it before releasing episode? Seems not. The vines wipe half of your health and then you are stun/pulled for seconds that let enough time for malformed foes to finish you. 3- The third issue and even worst than others is the fact that the fricking tereagriff legendary regen 100% health when dying and restarting at checkpoint, FRICKING RESET TO 100% health!!! You kidding or? I just enter the arena after resetting checkpoint and I got nuked in loop every 3 secs becauses the 30 GRASPING VINES AND 30 MALFORMED TERAGRIFF are waiting for me... I simply threw the sponge and forgot about this story step. 4- The legendary teragriff has Defiance bar, but it can't be broken, do you think this is normal? A bug, that makes the fight even harder.... Even without CM, I class the fight as hard, it is impossible to get the don't be touched by malformed teragrif achiev. That achiev should apply only to the first part of the step until reaching vetteran mordrem trasher it is awarded like the flamethrower one, would make it easier to obtain. Make it possible to do solo. I did dragon reach mote solo, killing the shadow of the dragon. But this one is a nightmare. As big nightmare as the very annoying Glint lair which is complety BUGGED between the facet of darkness that shows an attack cone aoe in the wrong direction, facet of strength that pull me whereas I am cc ing, and the instable memory that is a pain because of vortex pushing me back whereas I am attenued to color... Even the design, why the colors facets shards push the players when near them, Killed me in loop at facet of light by pushing me in deadly purple aoes.. The only thing that this LS2 events reminds me is how bad where thought the different instances and telling me that they need a serious severe fix to meke them doable. Something has to be done with that legendary teragriff fight in tracking aspects masters step from LS2. Another pain in the back is the no refuge step from Ls2, how I am supposed to avoid sand wells if they spawn on me without even a timer!! Same with avoid all charge attack, they do one when I am on the foes PFF. The list can continue, the fact that the stupid allies instead of skipping foes in silverwastes labyrinth instance keep fighting each foe on their path, that in caithe recon mission, the mordrem patros don't walk on canch trapped corpses and that your allies can disappear without reasons, that the challenge mote in dragon reach - the summit instance doesn't always spawn.... just wil say one thing to conlude, Anet, test your instances of your living stories before releasing them. And doucle check after release. Even Arcana obscura! The timer achievment is too short! Timer should be longer! You put foes preventing to gather the three last shards to collect without thinking of players without stealth! As I said, badly designed instances in general. If you are unable to create timed achiev then stop doing them.
  13. I totally agree with OP point of view. I used to play LS1, but at the end of it I was hardly sick and only returned during second half/end of Ls3. In fact only got the two last episodes. I had to buy all the episodes for 200 gems each (little advise here, don't buy them in story journal, it is a scam, buy them in packs on gemstore). So 8 for ls2, 4 for ls3, a total of 1600 gems. If calculation ok. Does anyone knows what is 1600 gems in gold or on term of items? Yeah, 2 outfits or a prenium mount skin in sale!!! Sure the fact that they put it for free is cool for the newcomers, but it is an insult to the veterrans who missed it like me for health reasons or family issues. I asked for the help of support through ticket and the only, vague, answer I got was "We aren't able to give support about those episodes purchased in that time period. They are unlocked and can't be took away" They understood nothing of my concern and in addition that answer doesn't make sense. I don't ask to remove them, just to refund my 1600 gems because they are now free. And for the time period, there is a thing existing in your game, Gemstore "history tab" but I bet you can track which got purchased in story journal too. I'm sorry but I don't see why I used to pay gems whereas now it is free, and so still want a gems refund from anet. It is unfair, and not nitpicking. If my computer would be free after an amount of time I would ask a refund too. In fact, for anything, I would. My morale and faith is already low in what remains of that game after the saga finale, but is even lower now. Don't bring the it is a common merchandising tactic to put things free later argument. I used to play a lot of games, and everytime when I faced this issue I asked the support of the company and got refund. But somehow for this game it doesn't work the same way.... I and guildmates asked over the year even about being refunded about gemstores sales and always got refund and honored. Example given: character slot bought for 800 gems, day after at 520, we all got our 280 back after asking. I don't see why, you, Anet, can't refund me. 1600, became 0, so you refund 1600.
  14. Just want to tell it here. Ten times I try to do it, ten times I don't see a single revive or death mark anywhere and the achievement icon simply vanishes when everyone arrive at the asuran lab without giving me the achievment. I'm 100% sure nobody is killed; rework the achiev or correct the bug because I don't see what I am failing and it prevents me to get the episode mastery.

It is now 8 years that the poor princess Miya isn't saved from the evil hands of lord vanquish. 😢 Over years, many SAB related threads popped over time asking when it will be finished, is there is any plan, if the princess will be saved, if the villain will got what it deserves and if we will the opportunity to see the others zones. This isn't a debate thread about SAB is cool or SAB is bad. I had time to create SAB world 3 and 4 and rework it, thinking what can be cool to see or not. ^^ All the following pictures will show all remaining zones maps, how I see them, everything is indicated apart the location of foes and tribulation cloud balloon pumps. I had a very fun and cool times designed those 😄 I introduce a lot of foes, just here before you see the maps and infos about the bosses and items upgrades; I will list the different foes and where you see them: World 3 Zone 1: Beetles, Wurm, Bats and King Bat (steal baubles) and Oozes (already here). World 3 Zone 2 : Eels, Electric eels, Jellyfishes, Pirahnas (Underwater version, attack you). World 3 Zone 3: Fireball, Fire Oozes, Fire bats, Dwarves and miner choyas (As shortcut). Kaiser Snake Boss. World 3 Bonus: Stone Golem, peaceful, sleeping, but have to be destroyed. World 4 Zone 1: Ghost, Goblin, Skeleton, Rats and King Rat (steal baubles) Wizard Skeleton. (+Owl, crocodiles) World 4 Zone 2: Guardian, Archer and possessed sword. (Fire bats and Oozes, already known) World 4 Zone 3: Royal guard, Crimson Assassin Boss, Lord Vanquish Boss (+Assassins/guardian/archer/skeletons) World 4 Bonus: Mimic chest, gives baubles when receiving hit, scared and fleeing. Secondly, about the newly introduced mechanics: 🙂 W3-1: Boulders. Between the pre last and last checkpoint, boulders can fall from time to time and roll from right to left (following the moving direction of the underground river). They can hurt players but can be destroyed by using glove 3. At the end of the zone, around the cage, the water is deep, allowing player experiences swimming underwater. W3-2: Switch controlled gates. By using a crystal switch, those can be opened to progress the level. The second new mechanic is whirlpools or maelstroms if you prefer that term. They move toward player on sight, but they are nullified and disapear by a simple use of glove 1 "push" when near you. On the map, the areas with small light blue line everywhere means the player can access the surface, if simple blue like in the north, it is totally underwater. Light blue and grey means the water is less deep/ you can walk on ground. There is a crappy submarine made by mining choyas that allow you to skip most of the level as shortcut. Warn: Kill you in tribulation. This is world 3 shortcut. W3-3: This zones include several new mechanics, firstly rotating platforms (think of super mario 64), they rotate horizontally. Secondly, platforms that can appear after using a switch in addition of the other function to open fences. Thirdly, moving assets, here dwaves driven minecarts, the direction of moving is indicated by arrows near rails. Lastly, timed platforms that dive and go out of lava following a timer. The last thing is destroyable stalagmite, they can be bombed, sometimes can have baubles, sometimes foes like a fire ooze. W4-1: Here, 3 main new things, number one, sinking platform on touch, on the contrary of lilypads in w2z2, those will slowly move down, if you don't stay a lot, they will go up, if not, they go so down that they disappear and never reappear, so you have to be quick to keep the platforms intacts in case you need to go two times on them. The big other thing is the highly poisonous water, you lose hearts 3x faster than the poisonous water of w1-3. And lastly fences you can pass under, just like the strange stone pane in w2z2 that hides a bottle above block puzzle pagoda. Note: Catacombs have torches that can be lighted up, but 100% darkness, you see almost nothing. Ghosts are particular, like boos in mario, they are shy if you look at them, and the good thing is that you can kill them with torch. W4-2: This zone introduce zelda like puzzles mechanics: Switch plates, group of Lozanges color switches, fire traps. If activated in good order switch plate open a door leading to an easter egg with achievement. For color switches, you have to find all of them and hit them to open door of corresponding colors. For the fire traps, they are timed, on or off. One thing, but it is known since w1-1, is a head targetting you and shooting a laser at you. Before the last corridor there is a vanquish statue that shoot continuously at you once you entered the room. Hide behind pillars. There is a hidden passage, discovered by bombing ground in the south west garden. This is the shortcut of world 4. You keep sliding, it is an infinite slope going deeper and deeper to make you arrive in the secret torture room. Warn: In tribulation, there is a floor of spike traps at the end of the slide, kills you. W4-3: Introduces the cannons! Go in it, and BOOM, sent to another part of the level! The evil lord vanquish destroyed the main parapets, you have to find a detour! This level include a new difficult mechanic, timed in and out of wall platforms, think of crash bandicoot 1, stormy ascent. Those follows a timer, sometimes they are out, sometimes they are in the wall. The second mechanic is platform waiting a boss to be beaten to appear, after killing crimson assassin, the plank wall fall and create a kind of levis bridge allowing to continue the journey. Alreadt known self destroying clouds are here, now there are weakened floors/walls with cracks, they will self destruct if you are on, those are the hard grey irregular shapes on maps, some of them are destroyed by vanquish shooting cannons balls at them. To end with them, there are destroyable boulders destroyable with glove 3, reminding W3-1. But here they are statics, just blocking the way. The bats also have an appearance very similar the ones in mario too. -W3-2 bonus choya express is a tribute to very known runner game, you control nothing but can still choose to switch lanes to collect things. Underwater whirlwinds are a wink to crash banddicoot 2 underwater levels. All the shops merchants will end with a "Thaaaaaaannnkkk youuuuuu" this is a tribute to legend of zelda phantom hourglass itinerant boat vendor. -W3-3 Fireballs are a reference to new super mario bros fireballs. Rotating platforms and sinking ones are inspired from super mario 64. -W3 Bonus round is just related to golems in fantasy setting, those are common creatures. -W4-1 is just a tributes to a lot of games featuring graveyards or catacombs like castlevania. The ghosts are inspired from mario and act in a similar way. -W4-2 is inspired of zelda dungeons with its different mechanics and the treasure room. The bottom left is the exact same interior garden as in resident evil village, domitriscu castle. The library has the exact same arrangement as library in minecraft stronghold. The statue shooting laser in the lava pool room is an indirrect referrence to bowser statue shooting fireballs in mario kart tracks bower castle. The possessed swords foes are inspired from flying swords from secret of Mana. The torture room/lab in the castle is just a wink to crash bandicoot or castlevania. The appearance of guards, archers and royal guard is very similar to phantoms in zelda phantom hourglass, it is made on purpose. There is a long corridor with yellow column and beautiful church stained glasses, it is a reference to final corridor of undertale. The throne room has a yellow flower patch in the middle, again, undertale. The switches unlock a room with a very shiny jar you can breadk, if you do so, a royal guard with come with a cinematic telling you how expensive it is. You have a debt of 9999 baubles toward lord vanquish. (Not actual one, this is just an easter egg, tribute to mimic mansion in super paper mario where you need to pay expensive debt for breaking something). -W4-3 has timed in and out of wall platforms, just similar as stormy ascent level in crash bandicoot 1. The travel around with cannon idea is from secret of mana. Also, ambushs can occurs, dark purples ghostly gates prevent from living the current zones and foes appear through a strange dark rift above. This is a reference to Zelda twilight princess. -W4 rats and W3 bats are just a reference to luigi mansion series. Rats and Bats are sometimes Goldy and gives you money when killing them. They also like to steal keys. -W4 Bonus is a mimic, this is a very known foe. But got the idea from secret of mana, where half of chests found are trapped or mimics. -W4 Lord Vanquish and End. Like in super mario world, the castle self destruct but the villain survive. All those aren't lost. I give all the permissions and authorization for Anet to use everything there or part of it. But in any case, I may recreate some of those maps in minecraft to have fun moving around in them. 😄
  16. Dear Anet, NcSoft, Players or Friends I don’t see myself starting this with a pure rant or just throwing things away, it would be wrong. I will start with my story to end with what I disliked. I discovered Guild Wars 2 during 2013 thanks to my big brother that used to play Guild Wars 1. He told me one day: You like dragons and fantasy background, right? I told him, of course, but I expect the dragons to be different than the common belief. He answered, the dragons are related to different elements, there is one of Ice, one about storms and purple crystals, a zombie one even one about fire. He continued by telling me that the UI and mechanics were easy to understand. In 2013, I started my journey, creating a human engineer. I had a lot of fun, and I levelled up, doing the different quests, discovering the very cool ambient dialogues around, and the race I would be in love with later: Asura. I followed the vigils, and Almorra were a great figure to me, I enjoyed so much fighting along Forgal. The next step was exploring Lion’s arch. The original lion’s arch. The corsair city I paid for. I liked so much the architecture, and then Scarlet arrived. I enjoyed Ls1, the story was maybe strangely put together, but all the big events; the attack on lion’s arch, the watchwork knights, the miasma, the invasions, the Breachmaker or the Marionette… those were big events that will stay in memory, I only regret that at this moment I was in exams and missed a lot of the achievements. Then, the arch was rebuilt, and it was the first big mistake made by the game, should I continue playing it? Not rebuilding the arch the way it was. The design I paid the game to see, to experience, a real corsair city. But no, it was then transformed in a horrible giant aquarium, where each sea animal sculpture is an insult to the old city. I started wondering, will mistakes happens again? The next story mission was the battle of claw island, and I saw forgal going back into the fort, walking toward the risens. And I was like, what? Who the skritt who thought it was a good idea doing that? I told myself, don’t bother, it is a common thing, even in movie, someone sacrifice itself to save everyone, hope to not see that again. I liked zhaithan story and the different dungeons , and it is a pain to see that they became forgotten. I fought the first dragon, Zhaithan. I was fascinated by the buildup, I liked the tricks of a risen Mesmer pushing me to kill my allies, going in an underwater ruin to seek a powerful risen; leading charr tanks column through a desolated place… Jumping In a golem suit from an airship, going into a ruined city, and using a megalaser to cripple the undead dragon. When I think of those missions, it always put a smile on my face. I never experienced again good content like dungeons. The crucible of eternity, twilight arbor aether path, honor of the waves, caudecus manor; you feel like eveything was funded into them: A quality environments, heavy use of RELEVANT 3d models. Very detailed, you feel like each has a puropose. The quality of the story. It is heavy on dialogue, you can speak at any time to your "guide" npc doing the path about anything. That NPC act coherently most of the time. The gorgeous ambient dialogue. I am sorry but the "The cafeteria is now closed" or "Lockdown protocol in effect" for a second later "Reactor meltdown in progress" always made me chuckles. The originality behind the paths. It has to been thought, to make a path about a svanir, another one about icebrood kodan and so on. Always interesting. I regret a lot that Joko death, Rata Primus cube, Mallyck weren't made as dungeons. I passed through LS2, from which I liked some parts, because, you know, asura. Finding where scarlet was, discovering the Omadd machine. Cool. I noted there was 6 dragons, and I was like hooray, so happy, hope they will all have a cool or better development than Zhaithan. HoT was quite difficult when I experienced it the first time. I wasn’t fan of the exalted. Plus, that egg, that is now Aurene, I was already hating by heart that thing, before it was born. I was thinking, what is that thing? Gonna be an annoying ally that solve everything like that tree sapling of Trahearne? The commander accepted it, and I was like shrug, okay, don’t care of it, not going to play with it anyway, or buy anything related to that strange blue dragon. Then rata novus, and other rata novan remnants. The first time I was really shocked and wondered how went the development with HoT: The tangled depths obviously show a Rata Sum like city in the north east, and nope. Nothing to see. Pass. Cry. Put your tears in a bottle and throw them away. Still today, I enjoy walking around Tangled depths and Dragon stand Rata novan remnants. Through, there is nothing to do. No lore, no easter eggs, nothing. Some notes only. The secret achievement “New Horizon” was making me dream, that corridor I never seen, thought, okay that door at the other side surely lead to the cube. Nope again. Well guess I will see what the future hold for me. To this day, I still wonder why the elite specialization is called scrapper and have to me nothing related to this name. HoT follows LS2 and LS1 which were majorly focusing on Scarlet Briar. To me it would have made sense that scrapper is a minion specialization for engineer, allowing you to create watchworks minions with scraps. Because, you know, it is in the name, Scrapper. A shame that nobody seemed to study how watchwork and the geary monstrosities created during the assault of LA. I know, thin link, but sorry, it is scarlet who awaken Mordremoth. (You arrive in a forest or a desert, your airship shipwreck next to you, and the only thing you think about crafting is useless flying balls? Nah, minions logically, to help you fetch materials, defend yourself, even an armor or euipment helping you to survive.) Would have been a good reminder of it instead of the useless gyros we have currently. Kinda stupid, all my engies always have the same traits, either I pick elixirs, either I pick explosion and grenades. Never use gyros or turrets anymore. And by default, they are all holosmiths. LS3 arrived. I am human. I don’t care of humans, their story, or anything related to them in any game. The caudecus arc was interesting, can’t lie. But not my teacup.The big positive point, it opened new areas all around: Doric, bloodstone fen, ember bay, bitterfrost, siren landing? Draconis mons… It is pretty cool, each time extending the core areas near some maps I used to know. I’m into fire and volcanic theme. And when I was wandering around in Ember bay and Draconic Mons I was pleased. And they feature my favorite race. Nice to see cleansed Orr. We start arriving slowly where we are today with PoF. I was attracted by the desert/Egyptian (another of my passion is anything related to Egypt) possible theme of Amnoon. This time the elite specialization was a nice surprise. I like holosmith a lot. But stating it is from human, big joke. Just the prime laser beam is used by scarlet hologram. Hexagon is always associated with asuras: Floor tiles, holo platform, in symbols, shape of their city from above… The video presenting the spec on youtube is an asura. Holomancy / Holography are asura disciplines. There is even an npc called holomancer in rata sum, and another overseeing dragon bash holograms and races. Jump makes appear particles featuring two arrows hexagon particles, look like two rotated T asuran letters. This is the closest symbol, new krytan has none V like symbols. But anyway, prime laser beam is scarlet and scarlet learned from asura so asura. But I rapidly realized that the expansion maps have nothing from that. Kinda the contrary of what is shown to you as example on the crystal oasis loading screen. There was one big thing I actually was stunned by, it was awakened. I find awakened designs so awesome. And even that lich, that mighty king called Palawa Joko. Very great. But then a human war god came from nowhere in the plot and was like Huh… Ah yes, there was a charr that freed him and I facepalmed. I never cared of Forged, but recognize it is an interesting faction to fight. Thought that two menaces were enough, but kralkatorrik arrived into the game, and in same time some bad iteration of a crystal lair that I still hate today. It gives me war flashbacks. But overall, I like PoF storyline. I can now look with some distance at LS4. It wasn’t that bad. Istan, to me did a great job, featuring an atmosphere, linking some plots together: Especially sunspear and awakened. I really felt the distress of the local having no food. The corsairs flotilla In the north gave me a smile, some discreet memories from old lion’s arch coming back into my mind. The architecture of Palawadan is special, but I love it. Sadly, I’m just here for the slaughter and the loot, not to live here. You have farahnur the lost city too, and I’m not gonna say why I love this place. You may quite easily guess why. Just after, by the way, is still my favorite guild wars 2 map: sandswept isles. About that map, my only regret is that at the middle of the complex or in a second map in the north of that one that there isn’t a giant biohazard zone with 6 environments featuring champions and experiments about the 6 dragons. At this point, if I have to say how much I’m pleased by the different asura/inquest places, would be the following order: Rata primus cube > Farahnur the first city > A bug in the system story instances > Metrica Province > The rest of Sandswept Isles > Rata Novus > Kourna labs. In my honest opinion, and it fill my eyes with tears to say it, I may not see any more asuran environments nor depths of tyria added in game in a soon future. This may be my last sorting. Another lore plot nuked like you nuked gw1 utopia. It is even sadder when you now the definition of Utopia. (Which this game is the opposite, becoming slowing a dystopia) I immediately spotted the reference for Gorrik and Blish, and who would I to plan the doomed fate of that little cute golem. I should have known, after seeing how ended Forgal. Could have it been avoided if ranting and warning about it before the fourth episode of the ls4? It is sick, there is something sick in the story writing of that game. Stop watching game of thrones or whatever you are copying. Kourna was rushed, and this was the second big mistake of this game. Nuking a character, an interesting one, that started to become interesting: King Palawa Joko death. Again, was I blind? It was sure that this annoying blue dragon gonna be used to kill everything because protected by the strange development of this game. It is the second time I started to wonder if I needed to stay in this game. It is a serious number of mistakes that have been made by the writing team now. Jahai was nice however, very fun Branded death shaterrer, the events around the maps, bounties, the quests, it kinda returned to the root of the pact. It reminded me scrapp camps that were made in malchor leap and the cursed shore. Plus it introduced the cool DERVS. I was happy to see Aurene getting rekt in episode 5. I was like, yes, god yes, like that trahearne, they got rid of it, woohoo, I’m relieved. I can breathe. Yahoo. DEAD. The story of GW2 can finally return to its original state: Us the commander, the pact, and a dragon. And that’s it. But the disaster happened. That annoying dragon was resurrected by another stupid plot turn. I facepalmed. I was shaking. What gonna happens, no, no, no, don’t tell me they gonna ruin kralkatorrik. I breath, and phew. We got a map, dragonfall, and story instand to end the dragon from inside, to me another metaphorical or psychic fight just like I did with mordremoth. Ton of various foes have been added with kralkatorrik, branded forgotten, branded centaurs, branded karkas, branded HoT creatures, branded dredges… you know, the Mordrems designs are also Interesting: Nightmarish flowers, hounds, humanoid made of plants and body parts… But even some PoF ones was used, I like hydras. With all of those, it was kinda logical for me, to wait for new foes designed only for Jormag and Primordius the two remaining dragons we knew about at this point. That living season 5, started with a charr map. Grothmar Valley. A peaceful and nicely designed map, remembering me of my old adventures in core tyria. There are several original events happening all around, even a metal music concert. It also introduced another shining character, Bangar Ruinbringer. But I get used to this: Ok, so another character I like, how they will ruin it this time? Frozen. Spike collar around the neck. Being a puppet. This is not the only step I will disapprove in the icebrood saga. Not so far later, a character that was a figure to me and deserved way better, Almorra, Died. Just saying it bring anger in me. No Anet. You will not earn a tear from me. Only more anger toward your game. The balance of motivation started to shift, was at 2 fingers to leave the game because of this plot turn. The steel warband got introduced after, and I immediately thought, don’t get in love with them, they will disappear some episodes later. Was right. I liked this warband. I kept my tears by telling me: Bah, tell yourself this isn’t an asura. But nah, I can’t tell myself that. All the races of this game are cool, and all those characters are awesome with unbelievable built personalities. What a waste. If it wasn’t enough, Smodur, an imperator that was always told as right in core tyria became a psycho that Anet put into their visor with the plan to kill it in the episode. And so smodur died. A great imperator, made dirty, pooped on, spitted on by this game. How? Why? How this game took this turn? You discover there is a secret machine you don’t know how they build it to create frost legion soldier, you destroy it with the associated citadel, and somehow, even after it is destroyed, you still see frost legions. Incoherence number 1. It is even stated by Ryland in Caledon DRM that its troops are slaughtered by us. But somehow it has enough troop to deploy in rata sum during chapter 1…. We see destroyers, but somehow, they aren’t vine touched. Incoherence number 2. You forgot about it, and instead of correcting the shot, you invented a non-sense excuse. You don’t really know why, but a living season that is called ICEBROOD SAGA, is now introduced PRIMORDIUS. Incoherence number 3. It is in the title of the season. Icebrood. There was no need for Primordius. You made it on purpose because you want to spit on Primordius. Chapters should have never seen the daylight to abort the plot. Episode 4 was called “Jormag Rising”, RISING (to die just after, how does it make senses?) there should have been some rush events and festivals. After that, you release Episode 5, the last one. It is a map at the left of EOTN. Ryland is tracked and localized. A big offensive of the pact is launched on Jormag. It is called Dragonwastes in my dream. Yes, I had a dream. A map that is an icy desolation with spires and icebrood homestead. The pact was conquering strategic points and deploying flame legion shields to protect them. Crecia and rytlock were preparing the troops in background, filling the charrs tanks with ammunitions, filling the copters with soldiers. Pact deploying perimeter defense cannons and some lighting cannons. Aurene was flying above shooting at some cracks in the ice to deploy ley lines, usable by the players to fly around. Some DERVS, flame effigies, sand effigies would have bee, around. The deldrimor dwarves, exalted and kodans would have allied to make powerful ballista filled with magical corrosive arrows to wound Jormag. When stun, everyone would run toward Jormag, hitting the head and the different parts. After, Ryland is dumb dumb and shoot an arrow with the bow at Braham. (Braham avoid in a matrix move ka braham, and the arrow finally hit Primordius) Primordius become overpowered, super Saiyan aura. Lava and rocks start conquering more and more terrain, eating piece and piece of lands toward jormag. Jormag scream to ryland “We are losing it” Ryland shouts, and run toward Braham. “Not on my watch!” Braham run toward ryland filled with new powerful force, give a big punch in ryland face, take its bow back, and shot a very powerful fire magic charged arrow to jormag who catch it in the torso, passing completlety through it and bleeding blue blood. Jormag is bleeding heavily and start losing cohesion. Jormag die. Falling on the ground, dead. Braham shout “It is done. Prophecy is fulfilled” Ryland scream a big “NOOOOOOOO”. And slowly the corruption disappears from Ryland. He became grey. Through the ending is the same, he dies. Obstinate by its craziness. Bangar walk in, grey, cleared of its necklace. “He deserved better.” There are strange magic and echos appearing in the airs reminding different events: Aetherblade, HoT, PoF. A flash. All gone. Here we go cantha. THIS is how it should have ended. No. The end you are offering is unacceptable. And never I will forgive you about it. This is the drop that broke the vase. I was hesitating, but no it is confirmed, I WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANYTHING ANYMORE. I WILL NOT BUY EOD. I STOP PLAYING. TAKE IT AS A WARN. I hope you are happy to destroy the dreams of a kid that became adult hoping to see it’s favorite fire dragon in action. Simply removing it. Stopping any possibilities of further development. Primordius got ZERO development from you apart 15 mins of screentime. -No new type or shape of foes since 2013. No GW1 wyvern doesn’t count. -No depths of Tyria, underground nor Primordius domain map. -Spitting on it saying it has no intelligence whereas sending coherent squads and objectives, naming its lieutenants. Aiming for strategic points. -No lore, no ruins, no dwarves nor asura origin exploration. -Killed in a stupid fight, by a lore breaking nuclear explosion caused by the annoying shiny dragon. Do you remember Thaumanova at least? What about chaos magic? Crucible of eternity maybe? -No evolutions of destroyer assault techniques nor landscape modelling since 2013. EVEN JOKO SAID IT. AND NOW? TOTALLY FINE TO CREATE NUCLEAR EXPLOSION AT THE LEFT OF A MAP CONTAINING KODAN SHIPS, NOT SO FAR FROM LION ARCH? -THE FRICKING SHINY DRAGON SAID IT DOESN’T WANT TO MOVE A CLAW THE EPISODE BEFORE, AND IT NUKED TWO DRAGON AT ONCE. IS THERE SOMEBODY HERE, CHECKING WHAT IS WRITTEN, READING THE WIKI ABOUT EACH EPISODE? -An asura councilor we don’t know a skritt above no say aw my bad was wrong to ally with jormag? What bad writing is that? Where is consistency? This is one of the big issue since the start of chapters, no additional dialogues, no talk options, in that last big fight instance, they just remain silent. Like all the main characters know how bad the story went and don’t even want to comment on it. Jormag being built and described as manipulative and intelligent, somehow manage to become crazy the pre last chapter and suicide itself in the last one. NO, you can’t have a so big change of personality in two minutes. Primordius who don’t care about the surface and was just swimming in lava like in a sauna, like a little fish bloup bloup. Somehow appeared just near Jormag, whereas, I have to remind, was located at the ring of fire. RING OF FIRE THE PREVIOUS EPISODE. I found someone faster than sonic. HAVE YOU EVER SEEN ONCE IN YOUR LIFE ICE WINNING AGAINST FIRE? Let's take pokemon. Take two legendary, Dragon and Fire / Dragon and Ice how convenient: Kyurem and Reshiram. Who win? The dragon type nullify fire and ice efficiency against each other. BUT ROCK, is efficient agaisnt ice, damage x2. Primordius, uses rock attack, like when primordius shew a giant lava rock. Or generate a lava and rock waves on ground. It is plus, illogical that in the final cinematic Primordius don't even tried to defend itself. Because some hit of stone claws, magma and rocks breath, breaking a giant geode on jormag head, and jormag is dead. You not only contradict yourself here Anet, but also what was shown in drizzlwood. There are shards of jormag blood everywhere, it makes no sense the outcome would be different. Jormag always tried to avoid dirrect fight, knowing it would lead to a lose. But I will take a look at the finale rewards now: I was hoping that tat least you would have finished chapters with a firework of good rewards. But disappointment. Eyes infusions that remind nothing of the respective elder dragons. Was hard to add lava rocks around a very bright fiery eye for primordius and ice crystals around a scary cold eye for jormag? Even the rewards are a letdown. Your release page image by the way is misleading and kinda fake advertising: The flowers of the hairs of the sylvaris look like part of the infusion! I take that as an insult, laughing at me, “see, your infusion will never look like this, haha!” What about the cape? Another expensive grind fest: 10000 war supplies, 1000 chilli peppers, expensive stormcallers cores. About the new decorations? Excuse me. The decoration. And it is expensive, only saw it at discount seal vendor for 100 seals… The ice token is also little expensive, but it is a good thing it covers a large space. I guess, good luck with your second human focus only expansion, another reason for me to not play it, it is again about humans. Since I know there is no Primordius anymore, don’t see any reason to play anymore. Sure would be a new place for me, haven't played gw1, but why playing it, if all your specializations, new makeover and hairstyles options are about humans, the new armors being for human, the new legendary being human themed? I only care about charr and asura. You ruined Asura. You ruined Primordius. You ruined everything. When the interesting frost legion became interesting, you stopped the plot. I am just crying on my keyboard at this point. Time to stop. I’m more disappointed than ever. Angrier that ever because I know you just don’t care about feeling nor anything or if your content is good or not whereas is should be your NUMBER ONE PRIORITY. You aren’t planning to change that story step. Like you ruined Lion’s Arch, Joko, Blish, Almorra, Forgal, Tybalt, Sieran, The steel warband, Smodur and now Primordius… I ask you to acknowledge those mistakes and fix that last one. But you will not do it, because you never return changing what you released, and this is your downfall. IF YOU HAVE A MINIMUM RESPECT AND LOVE FOR YOUR GAME ANET, SAY AT THE END OF DRAGONSTORM THAT THE DRAGONS SURVIVED AND THAT IT WAS ONLY A PROJECTION GENERATED BY THEIR CHAMPIONS. METAPHORICAL FIGHT, THE MIND OF BRAHAM AND RYLAND FIGHTING. OR REWORK DRAGONSTORM. THIS IS AN ABOBINATION. I REALLY HOPE THAT LECONS ARE LEARNT. Don’t continue working on an episode or anything if you know you will butcher it. Wait to have the resources and everything needed. What this game became… I really was planning to buy deluxe edition with my money for EOD. Will be 0 Euros now from me. My friends who initiated me to this game maybe made the good choice to leave before chapters. They haven’t seen the horror that was waiting for them, they were dragons lovers too. What regrets do I have by leaving? My other regrets it that I will never see SAB world 3 and 4 nor an Exo-suit skyscale. It hurt me deep in the heart, SAB could have been finished since a very long time. I will not come back, not for another colored weapons set and to see w3 and w4 doors still closed. I will say finally, a thanks for the peoples who designed grothmar valley and Drizzlewood coast. Just say it you aren’t going to finish SAB. I asked since a long time to see things coming back (ls1, breachmaker, marionette, nightmare tower, seeing the end of SAB, bringing back canthan district of Divinity reach, finish the maps that are non-finished like kourna.) Now I must make all my characters backstories citing icebrood saga as non-canon. Writing that this is just a nightmare. Bad release, not even armor pieces to make your character look like it was corrupted by one of those two elder dragon. Infusions so basic, doesn’t even deserve to be a meta achiev reward.   20. Someone above said the world boss instance could host 50 players, it is a lot. Considering raids or steel warband are 10 players. 50 players is generally what is needed to take down a world boss, dunno, maybe less is needed. I think I saw megadestroyer once being held by 30 players. The whole thing is called the icebrood saga so kinda understand that everything got into jormag forces, bringing svanirs, ice constructs, corrupted norn, icebroods, frost legions, ice giant, elementals and so on... But would have been could to have the same on primordius side, come on, it is a great final, they could bring stone summit, destroyer wyverns... I mean come on, can't the magma golems elementals from balthazar shrine in siren landing be reused as new primordius forces? It is very lame, 2021, and it is just regular destroyers. The worst is that I don't even ask anet to create new models, they are here, ready to be reused. No lava slugs elementals? Obsidian destroyers? You know, why not even destroyer wurms coming out of the ground? There are somes shown in ember bay!
  21. There is one big thing I'm wondering about after re watching the trailer. Will we be able to choose our camp? I mean, I let Taimi in her craziness of I must kill primordius, but me, I want to join Braham, bash ryland, kick Jormag in the face and get a lava stone eye on the path. What worry me is there is no "kill jormag!" Shout. Like jormag successfully brainwashed taimi, but now the commander and aurene, aberrant.

  23. I'm just nitpicking, but the eotn area and above is far shiverpeaks and all the areas under frostgorge sound are shiverpeaks. So, yes if you want, shiverpeaks ^^
