I dont give **** about pvp but phys skills are useless in general (pve) and nobody wants willy as alac support. I would like to see team alacrity on one phys util skill just like quickness on elite shout. We had this the same way for… a decade? It was there when guardian was good, overpowered and sucked. It is not a factor and It should not be touched. This is how you kitten class balance by doing circle jerk balances, nerfing unrelated skills and kittening over unrelated builds.
