Skills rooting you should be removed entirely. Gw2 is about fast pace combat. Also complaining about immobilize is really giving off 'please nerf bolas' vibes. So many classes have ways to dodge or even remove immobilize. Damage/Defense discussions have gone over this a thousand times. To get that kind of damage you have to heavily spec into being a glass cannon.
