More people want more diversity.And is just as all other specs have been granted a boon like alac or quickness, to have more variety of builds. You talk like having alacrity will destroy or force you to play the build and nothing else when that has never been the case. And if we guide ourselves by your made up rules, why can mesmer heal at all? The only way Chrono should heal is by rewinding time itself to its allies but that brings more problems to the table. Just like your horrible idea of granting distortion partywide instead of aegis.

If you play condi leaving them be is a big chunk of your dps.

Mainly because Mirage already does better with axe and you have access to clones on it. The easiest way i can describe condi virt to you is that it matters the most on two things, how many hits you do and getting the 100% crit cap so every crit applies bleed. Axe is slower than dagger, is melee and jagged mind does not apply bleed to its attacks so you will be handicapping your virtuoso if you opt for axe.

They have been working to destroy alac staxe for a year or so now, they won't allow this build back in for some reason, even after destroying confusion on bosses where it shone. Easier for them would be to just add alac to the rifle ambush and some other boons.

Like title says, when you use this trait it most of the times causes Ambushes like Chaos Vortex or Ether Barrage to be cancelled when activated. Mirage is literally a dead spec people don't play outside OW and has only received memes as balance. We still don't have our screen ui fx fixed since june 27. Chrono has been receiving buff after buff patch after patch and this rifle seems to be pigeonholed to chrono too. Even if they add alac to the ambush Chrono will still be better than Mirage as support. Rifle so far looks to be a Chrono only weapon and not a mesmer one. And about Virt, its been Anet's babygirl since release. Nobody dare touch it. Wanna know why you see so many people crying about Mirage? It's because Virt and Chrono players have almost nothing to whine about.

After the stream i am not as excited for rifle. They put fury on the improved ambush because Chronomancer might not hit 100% without it. (Joke comment?) Hope they reconsider it and add quickness or alac to it. Alac would be better so pro gamers don't run staff/rifle with 100% bd so they only need 1 boon provider or something of the sort. Also would have liked it more as a condi/heal weapon and not power/heal but meh. Right now the weapon seems more of a Chrono weapon rather than a mesmer one.
