I dont like wvw in this game. Too many cc, too many condi, too many hidden mechanic (block, unblockable for example). And its generaly a mess visually. They could just have made the mortar skill unblockable and here you go, you have the shortbow gameplay. At least bring back the golem from the rune anet... and weapon swap maybe..?

Can we have a shortbow that his infuse with the magical essence of the engineer... The idea of having skill that look like other profession skill is super lame... I play engi because I want my skill to look like engi one. If I wanted my skill to look like other professions, I would play those other professions...

Engi as already grenade kit and mortar, wich are use in about every meta build, that are 5 aoe kit. Shortbow is another one!?!, seruously anet wtf? I lost my golem for a mortar kit 2.0!?! Really...?

Its unique bring a fresh gameplay to the engineer, we never had aoe spam kit before... honestly the mechanic look neat but the gameplay... you had 1 job anet... do not make a mortar/grenade kit 2.0... 1 job... Make this a grenade kit rework, and give us revnant shortbow with engi style vfx... Im disapointed... The fact thats its support is whatever I guess, but the gameplay... 4 aoe... again..?

How can you range support on engi, scrapper has no range support, mech does not work at range. Also people complain because it look to play excatly like grenade kit and mortar... We dont need more support stuff, we already have mace+shield + elixir gun + med kit... If you dont play engi thats fine, but as someone who main engi since 8 years. This weapons as no space to exist, I dont need to try it to see how its gonna play... The trailer said it all... PS. Anet gonna force it by nerfing mace and shield, or nerfing support kit 😛

Because it can mostly give superspeed to my whole sub group nearly perma? I mean whats 1k barrier on the fucntion gyro really gonna do?

On a trait that nobody use. If you play support and dont take the bigger and superspeed trait on gyros(well), what are you doing?

And we already have the mace and shield that are use for support... If this weapon does not give protection... Its already useless... We need a long range DPS weapons (condi or power, I dont care at this point) thats does not play 100% like mortar and grenade kit...

The mechanic seem fine but the gameplay will be boring... another aoe spawm... on engi... Im not hype at all... It look to be another tool that play excatly like grenade kit and mortar... I hope it feel like renegade shortbow, I specialy hope its not a grenade kit 2.0 like the mortar kit... Maybe smg like feeling, since they remove the 3x burst from rifle.

They did remove content via this system change. Also this famous system change seem to have been poorly taugh, its not just the removal of certain rune effect. The whole rune system is now a mess. The relics change was poorly design, the idea on paper sound good, but in praticse, its a mess.

Cant vote yet, I need to wait for all the update drop.

Youre right I started this topic only because I lost my golem, the relic system in itself aint my issue, my issue is the removal of summon rune effect!

Only stupid thing they did is take my golem away... But yeah I got a bag full of relic, if you delete them how the kitten are you suppose to get them back? They are not even implemented in the loot table... That kinda silly... Anet I want my golem back!

If theirs is 1 thing that anet always fully deliver without comprise is the audio departement! The voice actor and the music are always perfect! Thank anet for all those wonderfull track of pure emotion! Ps: my golem is still MIA
