First dodging and expecting DT from a bs is like basic basic, if he insta use it and you couldn't dodge then the dmg is barely relevant and the stun is 1/4 of a sec in that scenario... Which you keep saying would have killed you without stab from Jalis <_< .... Second when he used his DT there are no unlockable to fear after and you clearly start getting plused while still having more than 6k hp , at that point you had fcking staff block available AND a dodge available but you literally tanked warrior swordgun 2, rapid fire from ranger and smoke scale's smoke assault. All of that could have been blocked to reach los then cast heal. Or same with dodge.

Bladesworn was already used by winning team of Mota and monthly without abusing the bug, good bs actually charge dragon slash over using bug for lower cd, unless they need quick interrupt. So either way unless a nerfs come bs will keep ruling rank.

You literally put yourself in a bad spot on map, didn't check for plus and tanked rapid fire from ranger to cast 1sec heal rather than dodge 6k dmg, either way you were screwed playing like that even if other team was core war core ranger and not EOD specs, you would have died the same.

Condi mechs, no matter the build are really good in gold rating and lower, because players in that range of rating focus more on doing dmg and having their stats and passive sustain them. What we call 'trading' at higher rating and basically you will not see a single plat 2 or higher player using this because there too many counterplay, ( DMG can be kitd, can be one shotted by condi, etc) but another part is the build needs, especially at high rating to have a role, be it side noder, dps, roamer or support. And your build would be a poor dps, mech ai is food in tf, to slow for a roamer and so it can only be a side noder. That's where the problem is, side noder have vindi. Vindi beats mech at equal skill level. Hence, condi mech is viable, even good, but up to a certain rating.

Even with free camera if you about face twice in a row too fast camera does 180 switch (which you never want to happen) . So yeah there is timing to using about face, also seriously you should use bindings of your own to make it easier... Otherwise you won't gain a tool to duel but just make your life harder.

Anybody can use these tactics, and they have been used since first season of PvP to get highest titles, don't complain that it's unfair just because you won't take the effort and time to do the same . That's what is actually embarassing here. Anybody can practice duels 20h a week and q with duo at 3am in the morning till sunrise, for one entire season. To do it takes actual dedication to the game though , way more effort than complaining on forum about how PvP is unfair to them or how such winrates has to be wintrading ofc lol.

I know the 2 players that got 118-2 this seasons together, if you want an explanation from someone that actually know them here it is.. For context I'm a solo queuer with my 3 account often in plat 2 playing whenever ... So above average in plat but not the best or close to it. The duo was Phoenix and Mark, Mark a main rev of team usa, that played vindi all season. Showing his games on Twitch too sometimes. Even on his alt he casually got plat 3 with other duos. Phoenix is at the top of NA mechanically with every class. So maybe 2-3 players on NA could win a 1v1 against him. When they both q at off hours they play against average plat 1 players at best, with their skill they can 1v2 such players ... You can understand how every game is a stomp. Their 2 loss were actually players afking to make them lose. Before you say someone is wintrading you should get to that level to see how much better some players are.

How would people know it's meant as bm, for example I use it only to get the attention of a player for x reason but 50% of the time said player get offended and take it as an insult. Usually in lower rated games, player get offended but almost never in higher rated ones, where players understand it's used to send a msg relevant to the match.

Seems some people didn't understand why I would say Vindi heals are broken so let me give some examples. On a support build in pvp you can get up to 9-10 k aoe healing with the blue alliance healing skill only, on a 10 sec cd. That's using flock rune and the Regen trait but still pretty much highest heal to cd ratio ever implemented in pvp. On offensive builds, you still have the super low cd of 10sec on both vindi heals and if using back to back it's a self.healing of 9k on 10 sec cd. Yeah it can be interupted ofc but even with long cast time this is still op by any healing standard.

Big disagree, Vindicator heal skills are freaky strong and I main it...

Well nothing new here, mender scourge was a no brainer highway to plat in the past, and now you see mech in plat games that don't know if it's worth leaving their node when 4 player zerg come at them.

If people want to have proper 1v1 there are 1v1 server for that, ffa arena is literally the place you go for trolling, taking that off would take something else away from the game ^^

Tbh asking for nerf to anything that keeps ele barely alive in PvP is just cruel. You should offer sincere apologies to the dying ele community left in PvP @_@

There's a reason harbinger wasn't in show matches. It's actually worse then reaper and core nec. People take it in rank only and for 2 reasons, it kills fast vs beginners which is all rank is about and its fun gameplay, fast paced. Definitely not tanky lol. And no before you say something , I'm not harb player, I main Herald with over 500 ranked game this season. If I need to switch to necro, core is the way to win.

Hmm condi harbinger is already as good as power harbinger if not better, the reason top players play power is because it's fun not because it's better then condi harb, (or reaper for that matter)

Just played a colliseum ranked game, (win btw 😕 ) and after it ended the last record is the ranked game I had before that, and no I didn't misclick unrank otherwise unrank would still at least be registered, but game history has nothing as if the game didn't happen. Which kinda sucks for a ranked win too...

Funny how people are reacting as if I said Vindicator didn't need nerf... Funny how I played vindi since rev main but I got better winrate with zan's mech build and way better winrate with azzardome's specter build.

And I already said I want Vindicator nerfed since I am a 'herald' main, not rene, not core, not vindi. So no I am not biased, I am just pointing out that 90% of the complains is a l2p issue.

Sounds like I know the spec more then people crying everywhere without actually learning how it works to counter it. On spellbreaker you can easily 100-0 a Vindicator at equal skill level btw , but community prefer to just complain to anet.

I am a revenant main (Herald) currently playing Vindi since it came out. I might be the player with the most ranked game on it, bit over 300 with both my accounts combined. I won't defend the that Vindi doesnt have broken skills, because tree song, heal dodge and gs5 are clearly. BUT!!!! Whenever I end up vs Vindi, no matter the class I'm on it's usually very winnable. Unless you are cced you should never get hit by gs5, the animation is super slow (just don't try to port out of range, buggy kitten) and the dodge is the easiest thing to cc at the end there is a timeframe where vindi can't chain with another evade or block. Like sword 3 but easier, basically this is perfect for every PvP player to practice landing CC or burst at the right moment. Small example, you can cast gs5 when they start dodging and when they land from dodge they are right in the aoe of death. I hope Vindicator gets nerfed cause it has broken skills but I think PvP community need to first check what they can do to win vs Vindi first before crying for nerfs.

Maybe you just haven't tried enough lol, just came out and imo the signets are op enough to carry many build from viable to maybe meta (PvP) . I played it few games and found 2-3 builds that could compete vs any pre EOD spec 1v1, except for very few exceptions. Biggest counter to mech being stab I found.

Hi, mostly asking for technical support or any kind of explaination. Basically I was playing fine everyday almost for the past weeks and suddenly this morning the game crashes everytime 2-3 seconds after clicking play button on launcher. I did not have any rescent windows updates so should not be that, also tried reinstalling game, clearing data, cache, etc. Launching with windowed mode, with -repair option too. Now I am updating my amd drivers in case... Also tried with clean boot. Anyway thank you if you have any input on this issue.
