My alts are simply the commander's guild. It works well for me since I have a personal guild hall. Takes fooooorever to upgrade but they all pitch in. The captain's airship is theirs too 😉

I think Braham surviving his ordeal was not well received. Not because of liking or not liking his character, but because it's weird that he "walked away" from that. If not dead, I certainly didn't expect to find him concious after the whole Primordis's champion thing. I don't think the issue is them not killing off mains. It's them not putting real consequences on physically and mentally traumatic stuff our allies go through.

Big difference between power and QoL! This is not comparable. 10k notes is absurd atm due to the clunky nature of salvaging them but I'm calling bull on comparing GW2 to Diablo Immortal. I see the connection you are trying to make and simply don't agree.

To clarify, since there are so many confused faces on my post, I like this change and will be playing dungeons more because of it. Why? Well since you asked, I can now just play them for fun and use the currency for the stuff I like and ignore the stuff I don't without grinding one dungeon. My kids can play with me too without me having to manage 8 currencies for each of them. We can all play together and pick the rewards each of us prefers. I don't give a damm about speed clears lol. So glad you asked 😉

Are the invisible walls due to upgrades your guild hasn't purchased yet? I ran into that with the arena in Gilded Hollow. Once I upgraded I realized the invisible walls I was hitting were due to that space being arena space. I haven't been in the new guild hall yet.

Yeah, I play events as intended. If that annoys some random farmer it's their problem for not playing the event as intended.

Dropping those prices doesn't have any marketing value though? Many of us don't even think of the GW1 cash shop if we even think about GW1 at all anymore. Maybe they could add an exclusive GW2 item for certain GW1 cash shop purchases? I just don't see much if any value in doing anything with the GW1 cash shop.

On the contrary, Felicia Day as a supervillian is an excellent idea. One of the five racial mentors turning evil has great potential. It would be difficult to deliver that story in a believable way but, if they could pull it off, would be epic.

Unfortunately, hostility gets into most threads on this forum. Just ignore those posts and respond to the constructive ones. There are times I wish each map had an optional instance free of hostiles. For now, I find fishing from my skiff to be extremely relaxing. I do feel there are few places outside of cities where I can look into my inventory bags without getting ganked 🤣

To be honest, I'm glad getting season 1 back is a priority. Not against a basic mount but it is not as much of a hinderance as some suggest. Seeing other players on mounts is incentive to explore more of the game and earn things. Missing season 1 story... That was a real hinderance to the new player experience.

As I suggested in another of these threads. When your f2p character mounts up a dude appears behind you banging coconuts together while you gallop around. This is a feature I'd be willing to pay for actually.

Only thing I want is for the warclaw to function in Drizzlewood like it does in WvW. Otherwise, it's good.

I would buy gem store exotic quality weapons and armor that offered stat swapping. That would allow me to experiment with builds without all the current hassle. I don't need or want that ability to be legendary. Theory crafting builds in this game is too expensive and time consuming for me. I would play more with access to weapons and armor like this and it wouldn't hurt the current legendary implementation.

Clearly you folks haven't seen what my character can do to ambient creatures. Beserker for the win!

An NPC that let's you see Lion's Arch how it was might actually be a good solution though. That is of course if the devs see this as something that needs solving.

I wonder if they are even concerned about replayability for this content. Maybe their only intent is to bridge the story gap for new players? I'm so glad they brought it back but I probably will still only do it on a few characters in the end.

Thank you for posting this and reminding me about this community. I am going through the end of what I thought was going to be forever right now. My marraige lasted 15 years and everything came crashing down the last several weeks. It was nothing like your story (no abuse) but reading it has reminded me how awesome and accepting this community is. I've lost the desire to do all the things I love but after reading this I am going to push myself back into the game. Thank you!
