  1. Always liked the old way — honestly I hate passing through mechanics just by DPS because it is lazy and boring. Can't do it? Hit harder, maybe it will work.
  2. Mentor is used by regular players literally only for tagging content in Open World — just like commander tag. Need help killing a champ? Enable your mentor tag and everyone will see your location on map.
  3. Fishing itself is boring; probably just like in real life. I wouldn't say I'm having fun with it and on some maps it's hardly relaxing because of all those krait and drakes trying to eat my Skiff. But I like fishing as an alternative source of gold. I usually watch Netflix on my phone while fishing.

  5. Not enough less popular stats like +Toughness or Vitality. For Rune of the Specter, I would take the opportunity and add +25% movement speed as a 6th bonus, because we don't have +25% movement condi runes. Belive me, movement speed makes difference in combat. 1. +25 Condition Damage 2. +10% Fear Duration 3. +50 Condition Damage 4. +20% Torment Duration 5. +100 Condition Damage 6. +25% Movement Speed; gain dark aura for 4 seconds when hit by a foe while under 75% health (cooldown: 45s). Profession based runes are not always great, so... it's good to throw in some defensive or utility stuff. For Harbinger, it would be good to add something from elixirs or blight mechanic: 1. +25 Concentration 2. +10% Torment Duration 3. +50 Concentration 4. +10% Condition Duration 5. +100 Concentration 6. +10% Condition Duration, gain up to 250 condition damage for 4 seconds after using an Elixir. Sixth bonus for Rune of the Vindicator is OP, I would change it to +25% endurance regeneration. Toughness for Bladesworn instead of Power. Rune of the Untamed lacks on Cantrip/Unleash mechanic bonus.
  6. I like cheap MCs. I can finally craft Legendary weapons without Mystic Coins being literally 3/4 of the price.
  7. Does actually someone care about how much support you can provide — exept CC skills — as a damage dealer? I've done more than 1000 successful raid-boss encounters (85% as a pug) and nobody really cared about DPS class. You just need to bring big numbers, or in some cases be power or condi. Especialy today, when there are no unique boons (Assassin's Presence, Spotter...)

This trait does too many things, and by "too many things" I mean it recharges every skill at once; it could be only for weapon skills, not for Utilities, Healing & Elite to gain so much solo potential. It's not just DPS increase, but also self-support (healing and boon). Is there something you have to sacrifice for it? — for example Parasitic Contagion vs. Lingering Curse (200condi damage and +50% condi duration or 5% healing from condi damage — this is HUGE difference). Invigorating Precision vs. No Quarter (+16% crit damage or 6% healing from damage), Might Makes Right vs. Berserker's Power (good healing through might or massive increase of strike damage by 7-21%).
  9. Disabling a foe reduces the cooldown of all of your equipped skills by 4 seconds (1/4s cooldown) ...which means: exploiting this trait allows you to gain literally unlimited power. So... having lots of self-sustain with almost no trade-offs (remember the balance patch that came out with EoD release?) is bad because together we are stronger, but having CDs reduced by more than 50% (using only 1 trait) while being able to pull out 25k DPS in Open World SOLO (against champs, not training golem) is OK? Why isn't it on higher CD? Or maybe once per interval against foes with breakbar? Or recharge one of your equipped skill? Or recharge specific skills, for example only cantrips? Here's list of similar traits for comparison: Chaotic Interruption (Mesmer /Chaos) — recharge one of your equipped-weapon skills at random. Payback (Deadeye) — When Renewing Gaze triggers this trait restores a portion of the recharge needed by your healing, utility and elite skills. [You can somehow exploit this trait but only by killing mobs one-by-one, which doesn't work against champions] Renewed Justice (Guardian /Radiance) — Virtue skill 1 is reduced when you kill a foe [but for Firebrands it's recharge Tome of Justice by 20%] Augury of Death (Necromancer /Reaper) — Shouts gain additional recharge reduction for each foe they hit [5% per target] Dread (Necromancer /Spite) — Shroud skill 3 partially recharges when you defeat foes [by 50%, but only 1 specific skill] Restorative Virtues (Willbender) — Triggered virtue effects reduce the cooldown of active weapon abilities [by 1/4s] Do you see something THAT overpowered? Recharge F1 skill, recharge skill #3, partially recharge specific set of skills, weapons skills. Not literally EVERYTHING. Untamed can be more broken than Mechanist, you just need to push little more buttons than spamming AA rifle.
  10. - Root Whirling Axe. I can't move while casting Meteor Shower, Whirling Defense, Churning Earth, so why warrior can move even faster? No risk, no reward. - More Ele staff buffs, because it's still a terrible weapon. - Fix Imaginary Axes — this skill shouldn't be interruptable by animations or canceling. - Stealth and shadowsteps should Break Enemy Targeting (PvE feature). This is what Mirage's skills have. - Rework Superior Rune of the Golemancer — sixth bonus should summon a golem only ONCE in a fight for maximum 30 seconds. And please, make these golems smaller. Last time I stepped into Strike Missions I was unable to see literally anything because my screen was filled with golems. - Decrease Engi's Rifle range from 1200 to 900 and remove piercing effect. - Rifle Burst: Increase activation time from 3/4s to 1s. - Make Eruption an instant explosion.
  11. Why rune of Daredevil? It's Power/Toughness + crit after dodge. You're already crit-capped (94% without fury), so this sixth bonus is useless. My Dragon/Berserker Daredevil with Fireworks Runes (I'm addicted from movement speed bonuses) seems to have more power, slighty more ferocity and it's already crit-capped with perma fury. And it can't die.
  12. Catalyst is really fun in Open World, but it's literally a "panic mode" gameplay where I'm just unloading every skill possible hoping to outheal incoming damage by having Signet of Restoration in Healing slot.
  13. Don't forget about people who can't link their existing accounts to steam.
  14. Adding a 4th slot for traits would cause most people use another DPS trait and another layer of power creep in this game. Struggling with Life Force? Take Signets of Suffering trait (Spite) and Signet of Undeath. This combo will allow you to have signet's passives while in shroud.
  15. 2395 days — 8625 hours; almost only PvE (WvW exists only as a source of Gift of Battle). My oldest character will be 6 years old this month.
  16. Choose your fighter: Frequently nerfed elementalist. or Totally forgotten by ANet meme-smer.
  17. You had 5 years to craft lege armor. Isn't it enough time to get at least one set if you really want it?

Honestly, some parts of Skyscale quest were really good — collecting eggs, scales, building a nest, feeding my dragon... but I genuinely hate unnecessary and unlogical quests like Rifts or collecting huge amounts of materials that seems to be random. Why would you need 250x Kralkatite Ore, Dragonbrand or Mistonium? It's just a piece of leather. Every mount has it's own purpose. Griffon is fun, but only when you find a high place to jump off. Beetle works only on a flat terrain and long distances. Skyscale is good for exploring heights, skipping obstacles on a ground, mobs.
  19. If you love skipping dungeons and fractals, then mesmer. And if you love being called a cheater in PvP/WvW, then thief.
  20. I was waiting for 2 hours in Jaya Bluffs, trying to get that one event in Jaya Bluffs (south), but seems like it doesn't exist. 2 hours is enough to complete 2 meta events in Seitung Province. Why can't it be ANY Aetherblade event in Jaya Bluffs? I haven't seen this event since EoD release.
  21. I don't like it at all. * Super slow. * Less initiative for no reason, so you're bound to Scepter which has only 1 legit skill. * Another "spam 3 to deal damage" spec. * Shroud does nothing exept power damage... ON A CONDI ORIENTED CLASS, WHAT THE HELL? * Still mostly single target.
