Game crashing everytime I open the Black Lion Trading Company window [Merged]

Title pretty much sums it up every single time I open the TP the game crashes, with or without DX11, with or without addons and I even deleted everything and reinstaled the game from 0. Im running it as admnistrator also.

On a related note since we're looking at bugs, wth does the 'email report' button *default* to 'cancel sending', showing a 60 sec countdown?!  Yes i found it's not *actually* that long.  why not just have a send button and a cancel button?  It'd be much clearer and faster.

Doubtful, since the problem is probably account related. Tried everything to fix the issue, uninstalled addons, repair, clean install of the game, tried in dx9 and dx11, moving the game folder to a different place and starting the game as admin, deleting bin 64, cleared game cache and temp, reinstalled and updated the windows visual c++ redistributables, flushed dns, checked if any weird .dlls are running with gw ( nothing out of the ordinary); but nothing seems to help.  Don't have any overlays enabled.


However, the reason why I think its acc related is that I tried it out with another account on my pc yesterday and it works just fine there, no crashes. Definitely an issue on anets client side. Some people in other threads tried that as well, same conclusion.

After having had a case open on the issue with support and provided them with 3 batches of log information, I have received this final answer:

At this time, we are currently aware of this issue and our QA and development teams are looking into it.

This just started happening to me a few minutes ago. Crashed twice in a row so I started trying to troubleshoot which led me here. The only new thing for me today is I plugged in my PS4 headphones for the first time to try on another game. Wasn't using them with GW2.

Just unplugged the headphones and still immediately crashed upon opening the BLT window.

The fix was waiting for ArenaNet to fix it, which was a bug on the gem store's website (the BLTC is a website rendered in-game). Some people had the bug cached, which requires deleting the gw2cache folder(s) under %temp% (or wait for a patch, since gw2cache is reset with patches).

If the problem has re-appeared and you're crashing with same problem as posted up top (c0000005, module: CoherentUI64.dll), you'll probably need to wait for them to fix it again. If it's been crashing since this problem began however, you need to delete gw2cache.
