If this is the case, why is CMC saying they will get feedback in 2 weeks? If ANET is going to ignore hundreds of comments, just close the comments altogether. Just going to be real here for a moment - things like Feedback threads or surveys generally aren't done by companies to actually get (especially detailed/constructive) criticism. Their primary purpose is to: 1) Contain feedback in a specific place as much as possible, to limit those responsible from getting targeted or even harassed through other channels (which rightfully shouldn't be a thing anyway), as well as to contain much of the potential negative product discussion by giving customers a place where they can feel like they have a voice, and the feeling of having said their piece. 2) Getting a rough temperature check of the consumer base. If there is absolute overwhelming outpour of rejection over a certain change it might get another look at, if possible within the timeframe. Otherwise things are fine - fractured disagreement over various aspects will come and go. Do I still try to give constructive feedback, just on the off-chance that there is a Dev equally as passionate about the game as I am skimming through it in their offtime, potentially getting inspiration for some changes, yea - but don't ever expect a detailed analysis of feedback, let alone changes based on that.
