For the two cents, I never felt like Guardian was OP anymore, tbh rev kinda just eat guards if played right with unblockables. For example in that Tome chapter 1 also applying weakness 2 seconds to enemies. And chapter 2 in Tome of Courage 1 second longer taunt, enemies that get taunted deal 33% less damage as long taunt is active. After that all chapters on the Tomes are useable.
