No teleport cost and now thanks to bank access in the home instance ... previously you had to use your guild hall (if you had a scribe station) or Obsidian Sanctum to free inventory from farming and return to where you were before. Sometimes that's better though, for their own reasons.Another suggestion: Make home instances like guild halls where you can get different versions of home instances if you want to.
