toxicarko.6923
Hi, all in the title, are you bored by the class stacking, the matchs against double renegades or DH and many others... Or just you enjoy this gameplay freedom ? In ranked so hard to remove class stacking, but in AT it is possible :) Enjoy dead pvp and see you later in AT or Ranked ! bye. NorthernRedStar.3054
I am "not OK" with PvP. Period.
Woltarion.6829
Most class stacking aren't intentionnal, and if it wasn't allowed, then the population will be even lower and you will get longer queue and more unbalanced matchmaking (algorithm will favor different class, instead of similar elo)
toxicarko.6923
@Woltarion.6829 and for AT ? ^^
Woltarion.6829
I mean, I don't see anything wrong with class stacking. If a team is made of five indentical class with the same build and they win, perhaps it's not the fault of the class stacking, but more because of the balance of the build. If a team is made of five indentical class but with different builds, I don't even see it as class stacking. A burn guard is totally different from a boon guard. A condi mesmer is not the same as a power mesmer, and I don't see why they can't both play in the same team.

But anyway you are OK with that system, if Anet doesn't have a problem with class stacking you may be true, but I have a critical mind :)
Noah Salazar.5430
well i had ranked in p1 wher ther was 3 condi guards, 1 condi wever, and heal druid that was solo nodethay lost hard, as dps scrapper i took purge gyro, and just condi clease aoe thay whole burn stacts even from my team as thay don't had any other condi than fireit's totaly fair to stack classes as it's easier to counter them that wayproblem is not evryone is skilled inaf, or have knowlage to do itand thats key reson why some ppl have 60-75% win ratio solo, and other hard stuck silver-gold with botsin my cause it was only 1 ability change, that bring me and my team victory in group fightsbut it's my opinion from that rank that i achived solo as scrapper
Sigmoid.7082
Ah yes. What would the forum be if there wasn't a poll with bias options.
Psycoprophet.8107
Honestly class stacking is good because it easily gives anet the ability to see the fotm broken classes that everyone jumped to for obvious reasons, not that anet pays attention anyway. In g3-plat 1 I've had matches with 6 necros lol and the majority have a multiple assortment of necros, guards, and ren. Its actually nice to see a holo, ele , Ranger or warrior these days.I know that's not exactly what u meant as class stacking but its still a version of it. Kuma.1503
As they say in the fighting game community "Play lame, win game".
Luci.7018
If Blue team consist of Cores or 1x specialization from each class , while the the Red team has 3x same specialization .... Blue gets 1 points per 2 sec + 50 less points needed to win based on how many Core they have at the start of the game (if they switch Cores > the effect is permanently lost) :Pedit:Or switching Elite>Core and playing it for 7 min , the effect/threshold is also reduce(5 people using elites for 150 points gain and the all play core for auto win/comeback vs Bunkers)Uno Card , Magic Dandy Fingers:P

Stand The Wall.6987
class stacking against an organized team is meme but with a bunch of randos it can be op
Azure The Heartless.3261
I'm ignoring your framing.Class stacking, ideally, should be fine. If the balance of builds were in such a way that a support[X], a mobility[X] and a DPS[X] could all exist and be viable, I'd love to see it.Unfortunately, people use class stacking right now to exploit easy-to-win-with builds that escaped balancing, but that isn't the fault of the class at core in particular. I'm wary to shelve all class stacking because once Anet commits to a change that large, it is impossible to get them to revert it, and I'd like the room for a bunker guard and burst hammer guard to play on the same team.
