  1. I still want a pistol offhand. Pistol 4 - With harbinger you're forced into elixirs because of no other utilities give blight, so here you could have pistol 4 be a blight generating skill. Pistol 5 being a blight dumping ability, it would deal with blight based on your trait choices. For power builds they would be picking Wicked Corruption, spend blight for big strike damage. For condition builds they would be picking Septic Corruption, spending blight applies conditions Vile Vials is sort of a middle ground one where it could really be anything, consume blight for instant heals, apply boons, corrupt boons, transfer conditions, reduce elixir cooldowns or something, lot of possibilities with that one. Utilities being usable in shroud should be a thing, Harbinger shroud offers no damage reduction or secondary life bar like core and reaper, there is no positive trade off here for being locked out of utilities in shroud, only drawbacks.
  2. Yeah it should already have happened a long time ago imo, at the very latest it should have been in the vindi second dodge patch, or a quick follow up hotfix. Never understand their lack of consistancy.
  3. You could be in for a long wait, they only mentioned the second dodge recently, they said they would look at power harb if its underperforming way back before eod even released and they still haven't touched it.
  4. It really bugs me that 9 months later they never readdressed that, it was such an awful and unnecessary monkey paw change. Here's a nice dps buff that might lift you higher than the boon supports! but in return for this nice buff you now crit less often and have to totally reshuffle gear around, which will actually counter the buff. Ironically in the patch that was making crit more accessible after removing precision banner. Tell a lie, they did give 5% back in november which did help a bit to be fair. Still needs more. Actually another note on that. There are boon supports rocking full zerker with force and impact sigils while upkeeping their boons and achieving 100% crit chance. Meanwhile reaper, a spec that can only dps, has to use assassins and accuracy sigils just to reach crit cap?!? Where is the logic here??

It's funny that you say this yet wow has had boss mods since raiding began and every single tier since the very beginning there are guilds who don't manage to clear all content despite using the boss mods. I'd love to watch someone who doesn't like boss mods attempt something like wows mythic archimonde laser mechanic successfully.
  7. The things i would do for a gw2 version of weak auras. It doesn't matter what game i play, i always feel like weak auras could improve it.

New dual wielding dagger power concept, Give the dagger offhand skills to focus, take the focus skills and implement them in a more usable and less niche rework of main hand and off hand dagger focusing on them both being melee power based weapons. Something like Necrotic slash increased damage, reduce aftercast on bite and bite applies chill Life Siphon cripples and deals damage while stealing health from target, also generates life force if you're bleeding Dark pact deals more damage and remains unchanged Soul grasp turned into a throw your dagger at enemy doing what it does now plus removes a boon. Spinal Shivers turned into a leap attack that removes up to 3 boons and deals bonus damage to targets with no boons. You have no aoe but your target will have a harder time trying to escape you, spinal shivers is actually usable normally rather than only against boon targets and soul grasp helps with getting the best out of shivers. Pros: Makes focus (new offhand dagger) less niche and pvp only type, retains the current dagger offhand (new focus) for condi core and condi harb, new stabby stabby necro, nice new power leveling option, a mobility skill on a necro Cons: Swapping weapon skills around sounds stupid but dual wielding daggers is cooler
  9. I'm not even gonna entertain the reaper stuff, it's just depressing tbh. Maybe when they actually put some effort in i'll put effort into giving feedback on it again. Scourge is in a pretty good spot PvE wise but honestly the scourge traitlines and utilities are pretty sad and the theme of this patch highlights it for me a bit more with the cooldown reduction stuff, if they did this to scourge torch then ultimately the only 2 damage traits on scourges entire trait pool will be demonic lore (a nice trait) and then fell beacon just giving you some extra expertise. This is ignoring sand sage because it's not an optional trait and is default for all scourges. The only other possible dps trait is sadistic searing which is pretty bad because you don't really run any punishment skills at all except for some niche situations. Again if they continued the cooldown reduction theme thing then this trait would become even more sad than it already is. This is directly tied to just how lackluster the actual punishment skills are for the most part, some of these could really use a rework or even just some buffs to make them worth using. It absolutely would not be the end of the world if scourge was given a proper dps trait in the master tier for some more damage at the cost of providing some barrier on shroud casts. I was never big on the whole alac scourge idea but looking at the spec lately i can understand why people want it, would actually make the trait options a bit more interesting. It would be nice to also have an option to become an actual healer rather than the gimmick healscourge currently is, i think it would be far more healthy if we actually addressed transfusion for this because in my opinion this is ultimately why we can't have a proper healing spec discussion, a cd increase on shroud 4 when porting downs might balance it more i dunno. We also have the pvp issue, it's straight up bad in pvp, i'm personally totally ok with this, we have other specs for pvp, but with the intention of dragging firebrand into pvp then it's only fair for scourge too. Then we have harbinger that in general needs some love tbh. Three big glaring issues don't sit well with me in particular. Harbinger doesn't use life force as health like reaper or core so why are utilities locked out in shroud? This single aspect being addressed would greatly improve the feeling of playing harbinger, particularly when blight as a core mechanic is heavily tied to elixirs. Blights readability icon is tbh awful, this needs to be more readable, maybe have it actually be on the profession mechanic bar on the other side of the life force bar? Power in general.... Where is it? The part of this that really gets me is back when we had the final EoD betas, CmC himself who is now since actually been put in charge of this stuff, hopped on to a stream with mighty teapot to discuss the beta and was specifically asked about the poor performance of power harb. It's been well over a year since that topic was brought to their attention and it's just a couple weeks away from a year since eod publicly released, absolutely NOTHING has changed here. Link to the power harbinger "discussion" Finally, a general quality of life feature i think should be included is condition cleanse protection/transfer priority. A considerable chunk of condition dmg from necro is based on self applied and transferred conditions, this is fine but it can often be clunky (remember how warrior banners could influence what condi was transferred?) and frustrating sometimes when you have outside interference cleansing before you can transfer or being hit with a worthless condition that is transferred instead. The transfer part is often easily countered on scourge by simply shrouding just before the end of BiP cast however that's not always a 100% guarantee and doesn't help with double casting BiP cases nor does it really help harbingers, Just a simple priority of your own self applied conditions being transferred and/or a 1 or 2 second immunity of those conditions being cleansed by anyone other than yourself would go a long way to improving this gameplay loop.
  10. I just want flesh wurm to not be so terrible when terrain is involved, can totally live with the cd and cast time. Using it and not even moving an inch is one of the most infuriating things in the game for me even if it's not regular. I don't really see why there needs to be distance and pathing involved, it's a killable object placed in the world, just put me exactly where the wurm is placed please.
  11. It will be rise reaper. A build specifically built for gvg clashes that is substantially better than a regular roamer reaper build for zergs and contributes pretty damned well to fights, it's a build i love and play regularly, however i will bet they are basing their experiences on playing it a few times while never being target called on and suddenly thinking they are immortal. The build will still absolutely melt if focused on and isn't exactly a good duelist either which will get stomped on by the vast majority of duels. The dual dagger version pre staff buffs was very good at surprising people with a quick immob into your burst.

Tell me, how much damage reduction do you think reaper shroud gives exactly? because reaper can be burst down pretty damned easily if you want to, or you can simply just wait for shroud to end and then they have absolutely zero. Compared to every other class that has access to blocks, evade frames, invulns, stealth and all the rest. If you're having problems against reapers then its always absolutely a l2p issue, which clearly you are if you genuinely think that reaper has superior damage reduction to other classes.

  14. Started getting this today also, do you use blish hud? Mines only happens for the equipment panel where everything completely freezes for a second and strangely a very slight micro stutter with the fishing panel, everything else no stutters at all.
  15. I just want a pet bar where i can tell my minions to attack my target or stop and come back to me and for them to not actually attack something unless i'm actively fighting.
  16. Can we get a Day skin and Night skin for weapons like Sharur that change during the night? Sharur skin specifically removes the cool arm glow at night which was alot of the appeal to me getting it. Like unlocking the weapon gives 3 appearances, Day locked to day version, Night locked to night version and the normal one that transforms depending on the time.
  17. Be nice if they had like a priority where transfers prioritised self applied condis and self applied condis had a little buffer where they can only be cleansed by yourself for a couple seconds. It can be annoying sometimes.
  18. I totally agree but i'd especially love this across the board with all weapon and armor types. Just some new modern quality down to earth non flashy gear would be great to spice up variety. Basically gimme more individual pieces like the old town clothes please.
  19. We are all cool with mech nerfs if rifle gets buffed, that's kinda already been pointed out on this thread by a few people. Like that mace video i showed you, that can't be done anymore despite the fact mace has never been touched and still couldn't be done if they actually even buffed mace, simply because mechanist itself was nerfed, not the weapon, but it clearly demonstrates that the whole lul afk mechanist op thing was not purely down to rifle being buffed.
  20. Hello friend, buffing rifle and buffing mechanist can be two entirely different things, here's a non rifle version of your strawman for your own displeasure. We just want rifle to not feel awful to use, we're not asking for mechanist buffs, rifle is straight up worse now than it was pre rework in some game modes.
  21. Yes, but only legendary ones. Craft it the same way you do runes and sigils and unlock all stat combos but not cosmetics other than maybe a legendary infusion cosmetic. To add cosmetic infusions to your legendary infusion armory you would need to own that cosmetic and then consume it, deleting it from your inventory permanently but allowing you to use that cosmetic on one infusion for every character.

  23. That's the point to be honest, aim the nerf at the low effort side where most mech complaints are about rather than making anti fun mech babysitting a thing for everyone.
