  1. Was dueling with a friend then all these multi accounts showed up, super weird and gives a bit of a desperate vibe for loot
  2. Torch 4 feels like rng sometimes, behavior is very inconsistent, a bit unfair when you have ele that can easily lock on target and attack with a low failure rate
  3. I miss core duelist used to be so good now reduced to something that's pretty much the culprit on the team for the loss
  4. Well, it would be low effort for the developers to give us some new titles since it is just text above a character model. But.. it's a new expansion and there's new mechanics to PvP they should might as well refresh the titles to something new so people have something to do in PvP.. so players have a new goal which might lead to people coming back to PvP. Let me know which titles you guys would come up with.. For me.. it could be something like.. just to stay in the theme of the expansion Knight of the Obscure - Baron of the Obscure - Duke of the Obscure -Prince of the Obscure
  5. PvP dailies are pretty fast and direct. I suggest you try it for a week and look in the PvP browser for a daily server, for an added low effort way get the dailies done.
  6. The dailies were comfort food.. and something to look forward to because you knew what to expect.. and now it's more of a chore and mentally feels like you're getting nothing out of it just an uncomfortable lingering grind
  7. Had some guy afk two games pretty blatantly rigging it for his friend, some people will try to avoid to get a low placement at all costs, because it throws you with horrible players and longer more painful journey to get climb the ladder
  8. Feels like some players are really abusing it and are making giant leaps on the leaderboard doesn't seem fair for players who are trying to be honest
  9. Some of the high tier eles have the process mastered with all that invuln then projectile block/blinding and fast escapes, very annoying to deal with it feels like rng when you finally get some hits in.

Starting to see more emerging Catalysts with heavy nuking damage and can't seem to do anything to damage them, they have perma boons and invuln and perfect process to kite away, they have easy access to Stability which makes it hard to counter. I'm sure as days pass by more and more people will jump on the Cata bandwagon I've already seen a few matches with duo's running the same build and completely wrecks the team. Might as well ask but is there any counter play to this?
  11. Makes me wonder if they can use AI stuff to create new faces or armors. Anyways, I'm sure they are working on the next game to compete with the next gen ai thingamajigs
  12. Seems like the Moa Elite skill is getting a lot of meme laughs from content creators so more people are jumping into running Moa now. I had like 4 matches in a row with Moa-Mesmers and of course any mid tier Mesmer is pretty effective using it. I'm like nah, I'd rather do something else with my time
  13. One of the many reasons > A lot of people got their Dame-Baron title and realized they are stuck there permanently so it was pointless to continue chasing titles and left the mode. They should probably refresh the titles with new ones easy content for them to make just a few lines of text
  14. PvP has gotten a bad reputation I think most have had their fill and would rather do something that generates actual fun rather than frustration
  15. Yeah, just wondering it's something that's been bothering me lately ever since EoD came out PvP has become more unstable/broken and getting less and less fun especially conquest. I remember before EoD things were not perfect but at least you knew what to expect with the balance it was like the classes had a better synergy between them to duel or have a mid battle in the map but now with EoD damage is all over the place and is more unpredictable it's like the game was shaken too much that now it's become too random/chaotic and the charm of dueling or winning fights is lost. It feels like these new classes don't blend too well with the old ones. It kinda makes me feel like I'd rather be playing the previous era expansions of PvP not sure if anyone feels the same but eh I might be a minority but wanted to speak my mind. I'm just throwing my thoughts out there of what you guys think

I've been playing more this season and it's like every game I play has the same problem is that Virtuoso is way too difficult to deal with they do everything effectively with rezzing to 1v1 to excessive bunkering and having decent damage and it seems to carry most crappy teams. It's getting a bit tiring seeing how overtuned it is. So does it actually have a counter and any tips to fight against it?
  17. Game gets too toxic when there's a handful of oppressive broken I've noticed the levels of anger and blaming go up quite a lot but yeah don't think anything will get fixed kinda sad each patch has something horribly broken
  18. Looks very low effort with you get easily targeted and nothing seems to miss, but when it's when you try to damage it you get an eternal waiting time of invuln I didn't think it was possible but this mode is getting more annoying each season

Yeah, something I really like about 2v2's and 3v3's is that after the round they let you swap builds which makes it more fun and diverse.. so couldn't they implement a build swapping option for conquest rather than staying with the same build the whole match something that could probably give relief to the match staleness

I remember the last year or two of GW1 PvP once PvX or the Metabattle type website was pretty popular in that game everyone began running the same build and same team comps it lost a lot of fun factor especially dealing with Monk's and Ritualists on the same team it almost felt like Support classes destroyed that game

I noticed a lot of noobs don't know how to change stats on their build.. it's like they think the PvE build is how you change your build on PvP and people have told me they are working on getting ascended stuff for PvP? it's like the little top icon PvP helmet build option is too unnoticeable for some people and explaining it took me once like 10 mins until the guy figured it out where it's at.. I'm sure a lot of people are running default stats on their build which makes it awful for all. I think they should add some sort of flashy effect on the icon and some text on the side that says ''pvp build'' instead of just hovering on it because it seems like a lot of players miss it.. and I think probably some vet players still don't understand how build stats work on PvP it's a small change that could probably make the game a little better it could be something nobody really realized that is making things more annoying for everyone
  22. Games feel way too unstable I can see why there's not that many Plat players
  23. Shocking Aura is annoying and combining it with Bladesworn it's crazy with how much unblockables they have access to. Pretty much the meta in 3v3 1 Tempest and 2 Bladesworn shout warriors access to easy banner stomp or rez, hard to beat with how much of an advantage they have in that mode
  24. Yeah, just wanted to point out which is kind of interesting, in PvP or WvW but moreso in PvP if you take a different signet other than Rez people flip out and get all toxic. So yea.. I don't even bother taking any signet anymore I think they should just rework all signets to a normal skills just to make things less toxic
  25. They should try it for a season and we'll get to see if the quality matches goes up
