as long they lock the weapons on the trait lines idc most core classes are more fun to play than the elite spec that comes with many limitations -
anet will use this for rev instead just like my longbow necro idea became a non range rit called renegade

i most def want GS but i wouldn't mind to have focus shuriken launcher or a wired axe or off-hand sword for more hate in pvp

yeah... noo anet will never make reaper GS cooler and better it will over shadow all other weapons necro has like.... war...horn...sadly

either vamp swordsman or longbow Rit ( most def not like renegade)but now that someone said pistols i'm doubting my vote...maybe something like a vampire/demon/monster hunter on a other profession like thief with axe -
i remember those days that axe was called trash but had the best animations...

i wish that all core classes can wield elite spec weapons without equipping the elite specs.if want some traits for that specific weapon then i equip the elite spec in the trait lines

i would make great sword less slow if has to be slow, with third hit short ranged slash type projectile that inflicts extra chill if it hits and remove the cute snowy glitter and make it dark smoke-ish

i saw a clip on WP's youtube channel and saw engi sylvari doing weapon swap from rifle to hammer to sword shield at 6:00 min

i think gs can work on thief if you focus the use of it different and give it a different meaning in its roll as weapon i hope it will be focus shooting shurikens with scorpion wire or jutsus

i just made the the binding of Ipos and it only shoots an eyeball in stead of a hand even with redesigned Necro focus skilli expected more shadow dark effect even on the Mesmer and guardianshould've went for the great sword.....
