This is the main problem I was talking about, there is definitely a biased human reading the reports, yet he deliberately chooses to do certain actions that are not healthy to the game and nothing against the bots/afks. I don't want to accuse anyone of anything, but since there can be a lot of money involved, I wonder if they could be selling "ban immunities" and such. Because people do get banned, but we often see the same ones never getting banned.

Who ever is in charge and responsible of banning people is probably the worst kind of person for the job. Little done and what it does seems always harmful. How one can do so little yet be always wrong? Maybe it is time to update the guidelines for those workers. Specially regarding afk and win trading, sometimes it is way too obvious. So my friend was preparing a stream and checking quality and all that till this toxic random person started fighting a npc and displayed a toxic attitude just out of rage (notice this was not even inside a PvP match) and it was just on training area. Also consider that many people can come here just to try the new elite specialization because you can try it for free there and there are targets to practice and test the new skills. So it is a cool place. Except when someone somehow gets mad about it. What I don't understand was how he revived, because he was not a warrior??? my internet provided is blocking downloads (games only). I normally get around using VPNs. But for downloading gw2 it is just not working. I normally get around this by starting the download by using my mobile internet data and then switching to my local internet and with vpn it just works, but for GW2 it just does not work, only in mobile internet data does, but that is limited data. Any solution? EDIT: To be clear, it does not connect when I start with launcher using local internet, but can be bypassed by using the mobile one. Once it is in I switch back to local. But then the download is stuck at 0-25kb/s. No errors. Just slow/stuck.

This is false. You just have to spam and then you get in. It is just very tiring to do so but you do get in. A queue would ensure this or save you time by saying what you said which is it is not worth it. But then you would knew because the game would tell you. It wouldn't be a risk nor a waste of time. The game would just tell you. So there are 0 drawbacks with implementing a queue system, while currently you lose so much.
