Started doing this today for me as well. Was working fine yesterday but now I can't access the gem store part at all. currency exchange and trading post still work for me as far as the tabs go but as soon as I click on the gem store tab the game crashes.

Same here and it's something account related, I created a f2p account to try it and in the new account the BLT window works fine but crashes again when I try it in my account.

Same issue for me as well since 23/11. Can access the Black Lion Market (part of the user trade and gold/gem exchange) via the trader, but everytime I try to use a shortcut "O" it just crashes the game. Tried to repair the client and to delete the temp folder, but alas.

same started today. have dx11 enabled. didnt happen before.  its when the gemstore gets accessed for me. i can get to trading post with NPC. when i hit the gem on the left it crashes

I have this same issue opening the gem store and I've created a support ticket. I have 3 accounts and the issue only occurs on one of them, which seems very strange.

Having this issue too. Talking to a TP NPC lets me use TP, but unable to access gem store. Was gonna buy another equip tab, but I can't now, so Anet doesn't get money and I have to swap gear manually like some peasant.
