In-game Infractions

The following will result in either a temporary account suspension or permanent account termination, depending upon the severity of the matter:

Everyone including Anet, use the separate labels of PVP and WVW when talking about each area, in order to be clear in what they are describing, as both areas have many different rules and balance.

Those rules applies to SPVP only, which is a competitive two sided contained match.

Not for WvW which has three sides, and double teaming which could be considered a form of match manipulation, happens practically every second in any matchup. For them to condemn what just happened in T2 would be condemning the entire game mode as it exist. (They also set the rule to have a tie exist, you can't turn around and punish players for when it happens lol).

Not to mention also condemn servers that actively tank (which you can't punish since players just aren't showing up at all, not sitting afk in a corner as would happen in a spvp match), which practically every single server is also guilty of doing at one point or another in the history of wvw.

Might need them to enforce this part more though:

"Inappropriate in-game behavior, such as obscene, offensive, or racist talk or behavior; abuse of another player; harassment; etc. "

I don't see it being enforced.  There is at least one player on BG that spams verbal abuse in team channel every day.  My guess is they enforce rules only against players that do not buy gems.

It actually does, however bans seem to be really short and the bigger problem is some will use alts to cirumvent the bans.

Rule #2, attack the side that holds SMC. Too many threads lead to people not following that allowing a side to control SMC. The  other two sides should double team the side that controls or the side that has been 1, that's the point of three way fights.
