You can now hide gloves on outfits

Just as an FYI in case anyone is interested. I just discovered it while dying an outfit. I assume this change just occurred with the patches this week but was undocumented in the patch notes.

Perhaps hiding shoulders on outfits will be coming soon?

I don't see any gloves being hidden on the Ancestral or Royal Guard Outfits. (I'll check my few others.)Do you remember which outfit? I wonder if it's only some or if you're just seeing the check box to hide regular gloves.

Out of curiosity, which outfit was it? The older outfits, namely the ones that were town clothes before the Outfit system was introduced, such as the Mad King's Outfit and Chef's Outfit have that ability.

Same as the others ( but I am definitely a pleeb when it comes to outfits ).

Update: depends on the outfit. Works on Riding Clothes, Executioner's, Cook's, and Hexed.Doesn't work on Common, Royal Guard, Ancestral, Mad Scientist, Awakened Zealout.

(I don't have any others I can check easily.)

Was this outfit by any chance the pirate outfit? Cuz you could always do that with that one.

Doesn't seem to work for Rox's Pathfinder outfit...drat.

Also works with Pirate Captain's Outfit and Mad King's Outfit, which is utterly hilarious on charr. (I don't own the latter, the preview is just VERY obvious).

Thanks for the info everyone. The one I noticed it on was the fancy winter outfit. I guess I had never noticed/realized that some outfits could hide gloves. I tested on some others and saw that some could and some couldn't. My mistake.

Well, yes & no. Apparently a lot of us never realized that this was an option for any outfits at all. You've done a good deed publicizing a feature (even if it wasn't the one you thought you were mentioning ;) ).

Can you hide the headpiece and shoulders on the awakened outfit?actually just hiding the headpiece would do.

Still no option to hide boots?

You can hide the headpiece on any outfit but not the shoulders, unfortunately.

Still waiting for the day I can show outfit helmets on normal armor, or normal helmets on outfit, or mix’n’match helmets from different outfits.And don’t see ‘muh sets’ because the helmets are already pretty disconnected from the outfits otherwise they couldn’t be hidden seperately.

Oh, my, so much this. I want so much to be able to hide the helmet of certain outfits in favour of showing my Sport Sunglasses. Or my Aviators. Or even those round Inventor's ones. (Sunspear outfit with shades, anyone?)

haha, invisible boots are very pricey, just because its rare.Thanks for the answer on the awakened outfit, that headpiece is a deal breaker for me.Being able to use your own headpiece would be even nicer.

i am more interested in shoulder pads, i can life with gloves but allot of times the shoulder pads kinda ruins the outfit.

PS. if they could add an option to hide the hologram on the exo-suits, that would be great.
