It does not bolster any argument, in fact, it does the opposite.It causes a huge amount of unnecessary work for the mods and destroys any meaningful efforts at conversation.I have yet to run across an opinion so brilliant that it actually deserves its own special thread.

I'm actually surprised Anet hasn't done that yet... but what's even more problematic is the OP's of each thread feeling they need to make a new thread.

Some people may actually have good positive feedback and arguments for or against, but I'll be damned to go through 30 threads to find it.

You’ll never know.What’s been done here makes it impossible to collect any real data from forum feedback. You think Anet’s so dumb they don’t know that?It doesn’t show that the topic is popular. It shows that people have impulse control issues and a total lack of understanding as to how effective changes come about.Were there any quality discussions about this subject we wanted Anet to see?Maybe.But it won’t happen because they are spread across 30+ threads and buried among hundreds of “git gud”, “if-you-disagree-you-don’t-count” and “my-uber-keybinds-r-skillz”.We can barely get attention to this game mode as it is.You really think anyone will bother to slog through the posts in 30+ different threads?Congratulations, kittens, you really showed them something special here!
