Trial account changes in 2019

I heard that Revenant will be available for trial account in 2019 ???does that mean there will be a new class

Official source?Otherwise I’m brushing off as a weird rumour.Also, trial accounts don’t exist anymore. There’s Free to Play, which isn’t technically a trial as there’s no time limit.

Revenant is only available with Heart of Thorns, so I don't see how it could be made "available". But who knows, if you can name a source, that would be great.

P.S. Have not heard anything about a new profession, but I wouldn't mind a martial Monk. ;)

Revenant is a paid expansion feature. You can access it with just Path of Fire too.

Revenant is also available with a solo PoF purchase. Such players get Renegade, but not Herald.

Ohhh, I did not know that!

I haven't heard anything - rumour or otherwise - about any changes to free accounts. Which doesn't mean it's not happening, but I find it surprising that it's not getting more attention.

If you can tell us more about what you know so far maybe we can use that as a starting point to find more information?

It was written in some leaks which were posted on reddit some time ago. I belive that is the only "source" which mentioned it. Most of those leaks looked extremly fake though, so we shouldn't expect much.

Thought.. there might be another source which i dont know of :shrug:.

We have 3 heavy, 3 medium and 3 light classes and adding more classes now complcate elite specialisation system. Thus I doubt there will ever be a new class.

Agreed.

Can you imagine if they dropped a class that each spec is a different weight class? So, not weapon specs, but changes the armor specs.. :blush:

Would keep the ‘balance’ between weight classes but change it up some.

It won’t happen.. but..

Revenant being available to PoF-only players, while absolutely right in my mind, is already causing some minor complications in the form of the Mistward armor collections - some of them require items from HoT.

Only way I see this happen is if HoT goes free like core when new expansion comes.

I don't see the total HP as part of it. You click create account and when you select class you have 3 rows with 3 classes each, that is what people will see.

Questions might also arise like "Why does this class not have a HoT/PoF elite spec?" The answer is of course obvious if you know the circumstances however many never players will not. Revenant avoided that problem since it was added in the first DLC together with an elite spec.
