    Seems to be par the course.. New expansions arrive they make specs good then systematically destroy them before the next expac arrives.. All the while totally ignoring or nerfing all the older specs.. to promote new and shiny.

    The Virtuoso nerfs were motivated by spite, not balance Isn't that how they do all the balance in this game?

    Because the people doing balance are bias. And they don't know what they are doing for many classes.

    I thought the build required Vipers gear.. That said i use a celestial / torment build from ages ago and its still ok in Pve.

    It might be good with torment and bleed runes? This whole test seemed a bit gimmicky to be honest. Many of the weapons don't even work with other specs.

    My mount and hat, etc popped as soon as i logged in. The 4k gems arrived in about 15mins?

    I just wanted more story to play myself like Tyria Pve, a few new races, less convoluted loot grinds and a more new player friendly economy... Oh and Asuran face and hair packs.
