Yeah i didnt exactly expect such a thing to happen now, but at a much later point when the game's story has concluded and we're in kind of a Maintenance mode. And obviously I dont expect them to put it on All backpacks (that would be way too extensive and challenging), but there are only 3 Legendary backpacks. And legendaries are in a league of their own afterall.

So lately the new Gem backpacks come with their own dye channels ( = you can dye them with up to 4 dyes). The Vermillion Wings are particularly popular, and you can see so many colour varieties running around. But could this same treatment be added retroactively to legendary backpacks? You know, the backpacks that are supposed to take the most "effort" to get? My character has a dark and yellow theme going on, so id love it if my ad infinitum was black, with yellow glowy details, instead of the faded blue and grey tones. Its quite challenging to make it look good when you cant customize it around your armor (instead of the other way around)..

HahahahaNo. No subscription is one of the biggest win points for Gw2. I, like many others, dont want to be chained down by the pressure of a subscription timer ticking. That, and also the fact that you legit think a subscription model would suddenly shift away from Microtransactions (even though in this game you Can simply earn everything, by playing and getting gold->gems). I'm immediately reminded of games like Wizard101.

I was already heartbroken back when the Mesmer mantra voicelines were almost completely removed. And now they wanna remove mantra charge-up completely... It's just so kitten unfortunate.

Apparently they already Had to divert resources from IBS to the expansion, which is why the latest IBS content has been feeling "scrapped together"

It just feels like its So bad for business to have the promotion only for the US, even tho EU has a massive playerbase as well.. And compared to individual niche convenience items going on sale (which you can get for ingame gold anyway), these are gems we're talking about... And the rare event that they actually go on sale? People WILL buy it.

I assume once they get all the main content done, e.g. the expansion and story.. They can finally focus on these smaller pet projects, like Sab. Currently a lot of resources goes into the living world.

This is the first time i see anything about Gems being on sale.. So imagine the irritation I (and many others) felt when it was US-only..as if the EU server doesnt exist... If youd do a Gems sale in the EU too, people Will be buying them..a Lot. I see it as a win-win..

I cannot express how incredibly disappointed and devastated i am by this... Canach was hands down my favorite character in the entire game. You just knew that whenever he showed up, some excellent sarcastic quotes were gonna come flying.

Well im in the reverse. Id like to enjoy the lore/story in the raids, yet completely skip those dumb boss fights. So when some feel like theyre being "forced out of content" by story, i feel the same about raids (and so does a large amount of people, who dont raid because they find it elitist)

I was wondering if there were any estimates about when the VA would be added to the latest content? Dont know how much the disease situation affects Anet's region locally and on a wider scale (e.g. do the voice actors have to travel, etc)Of course this question is taking into account Anet has to get both the actual voice actors to record, and then also implement them into the game. I assume its gonna take maaany months, considering the dreadful condition the US is in currently?

I do about 4 to 5 glitch chests per day. (Skipping w2z2 glitch, z3 in babymode). Currently sitting at 6 glitch weapons+2 duplicates, a blue skin and a kaiser skin. One of the glitch skins came from babymode so clearly no change in droprates there, much easier to get the w2z3 one like this.

Actually they already hinted with this year's post that theyre working on more sab content behind the scenes, even if its a tiny bit by bit. And to be honest, the glitches and choya could be some sort of a teaser hint too. Have you noticed that their portal in the hub spawns next to the world 3 house (Which is an underground themed world), and from there they walk to either w2 or w1? It's no longer "never happening", but just lower priority, probably something after the next expansion. A part from the dev post:"However, we haven't given up on a larger addition to the Super Adventure Box, and even if it isn't this year or the next, we'll be chipping away at it behind the scenes. You may even see some new assets in the Box this year from outside the Worlds you know…"

Spoilers ahead if you still havent caught up with all of LW4 and Icebrood Saga. So thus far Aurene has absorbed Zhaitan's, Mordremoth's, Kralkatorrik's, Joko's and Balthazar's magics.Particularly Joko's magic allowed her to revive herself after death, which essentially makes her immortal (unless someone would steal her magic). She also has the ability to Brand people into the Crystal Bloom.So considering the deep bond between the Champion (your own character) and Aurene, could and would she use Zhaitan's, Mordremoth's (in the case of Sylvari) and Joko's Awakening magic to keep her Champion by her side forever? I assume she would have the power to grant immortality to the player, and would be willing to. We see her care for the Champion even in Icebrood Saga where she has fully ascended already.

Well they definitely show up in the Eye of the North hub.

I thought it was a smart move for Anet to make the first half of Visions of the Past be this Strike Mission disguised as a Story Mission. Why? Because now we have a Lot of people trying out this newer form of content. Before, when I thought about Strike Missions, my reaction was mostly "eh.", i didnt feel the pull to try them at all. But now as you enter the new hub, youre immediately presented with new potential rewards And as part of this filler story, you have to do a Strike Mission. And I must say, it was rather enjoyable.And now I find my thoughts have changed from "eh." to "hmm.. i think i should try those missions out. They dont seem so bad and the loot seems good too." Im sure that other people have also experienced this feeling of "Oh wait, this aint that bad actually" after finishing the mission, and got curious for more. Its like a marketing strategy. This gets more people to try out the strike mission content the devs put effort into previously already. Also no need to discuss about existing bugs or such. Im sure theyll be fixed. Focus only on the concept of implementing the mission itself, if you have an opinion to share.

Any intention to put LW2, LW3, LW4 packs on sale anytime soon?Expected such a sale with this patch considering even the name is "Visions of the Past" afterall, but doesnt seem like thats the case. Note, i personally own all the episodes, but got plenty of newbie friends who want the stories.
