    Wouldn't this run counter to some of the game's design for players to actually explore the maps rather than camp in their home instances? Not sure Anet would be interested in this suggestion.

    Thoughts? Well, there are a lot of previous thread on this, so we didn't really need another one or a poll. Anet has said that they didn't want to make racial skills on par so that players wouldn't be forced into playing specific races. Also, they have said that there are no plans for adding new races. Use the forums search feature. You can read all about it.

    Why worry about it? That's his problem, if he thinks it's from you. He could always send you a DM and then you two could discuss it or you could be proactive if it worries you enough and DM him and let him know that it wasn't you (he's probably not worried about it anyway).

    It's an unfortunate by product of today's society at large. Not specifically toward the OP, but too many people are too easily offended or find things that trigger or upset them that are really nothing worth the worry or attention. The world needs to grow up.

    With gold -> gem conversion, there is really no encouragement. Sure, Anet would prefer cash. Still doesn't make or encourage P2W

    I actually had someone track me down in game and flame email me for points I'd made in a thread. I reported them and didn't hear from them again. /shrug But, yeah, I agree here that putting names to reactions would not really serve any positive purpose.

    Hammer for ranger (Untamed notwithstanding) was only implemented after the Ranger forum cried and cried for the antiquated BunnyThumper spec. And hammer/Untamed is what we got. Bravo. /s Always be careful of asking Anet for what you want. It never turns out that way.

    That's not a valid comparison. Disagreeing with someone's post is not the same as not getting along with a neighbor or having an argument with a friend. However, in the context that you have provided, then yes, I would just toss the anonymous letters in the trash.

    Just ignore the reactions. It's not that difficult. EDIT: if forum reaction emoji things cause "unnecessary pressure and tension" then I'd suspect that something else is the issue.

    I had always wondered about this when attacking from short range on these things. Glad to know it isn't just me, then (which, as a filthy casual in HoT, is probably more the case in most instances there).

    I agree! For me, the new iteration cancels out a lot of the Skirmishing line that I had been using specifically for the evades and movement around the target.
