  1. Reason?Thief has low damage but we can make thief more conditional instead of "I either oneshot or can't kill anything".
  2. Cleric tempest, chronobunker, condi necro, core warrior in HoT (soldier) before signet nerfs etc were all running toughness. "Right now" is pretty small scale for a mmorpg.
  3. Not DoT, scales with power/ferocity.
  4. Give thief true damage (armor piercing or outright armor ignoring, power damage) makes up for low damage (the damage should still be low but higher than normal power damage vs 1500 toughness) ezpz
  5. I agree on this, pvp has been in beta at best. They didn't even give pvp build templates that also has rune and amulet yet.
  6. They already said not all cc will be 0.01, some will get damage buffs.

  10. I don't think this one dodge thing is a tradeoff, considering it doesn't affect PvE and it's not a mechanical change.
  11. Longbow ranger is pretty good against it 1v1 if capturing the node is not the top priority. Necro is just hard countered by it lol, I was destroying them in 2v2 and I never really play LR weaver. Otherwise it should not be able to crit OR it should only work on interrupts. Look at PI on thief and PB on mesmer.
  12. Nvm for some reason some daze skills still have SOME damage while some other has 0.01
  13. He was P3 btw (was duoQing with top player) and cleansing sigil is high value, cleanses once every 9 seconds.

  15. It actually has 1.2 power coefficient, wiki is wrong.

No modifiers, no rune, no air minors, no sigils and no other traits.

In theory, this is the "best" meta ever because we have 3 viable teamfighters (tempest, firebrand, necromancer)3 viable sidenoders (holosmith, ranger, spellbreaker)3 viable roamers (herald, daredevil, mirage)For example scourge/firebrand meta was 2-5-2 respectively (elementalist and mesmer had a role-change in this meta).In practice though, Revenant heavily outperforms other roamers except for portal.Holosmith is way stronger than ranger and spellbreaker.Necromancer has identity issues because it's half a teamfighter and half a sidenoder. It needs to have its role defined, and how convenient would it be if we had a free role for it. Oh wait, we have one free role. We have the role necromancer has always fulfilled: teamfight dps.
