Deepcuts.9740
Bad idea. Bad implementation
Blood Red Arachnid.2493
Yeah the same here. It's really annoying. I just watch my health from the corner of my eye, so barrier looks like I've taken a massive hit.

Odinens.5920
Yeah, it really throws things off in WvW.
HyperLooser.2698
Same, lots of PoF stuff needs QoL changes.
Chickenooble.5014
Why would the barrier show at the bottom? I thought the idea was to have it as a barrier between your health pool and the damage that's being taken. Having it at the top, where your health disappears from, actually, gives that appearance of being a barrier. Having it at the bottom would look like a "reserve" that would be hit last. Mewcifer.5198
I think what messed me up is when I look at my health, I am not looking to see how much black, or lack of health there is, I am looking for red, to see how much is there, it took a while for my brain to start counting the yellow and the red as the same thing. Otherwise I saw the red and would see only half a circle of it and be like "kitten! I'm half dead!"
Khisanth.2948
I've only been confused by it on the few occasions where it doesn't seem to go down at all despite being under attack.
Dashiva.6149
It really throws me of because in a quick glance I think I lost half my health and burn a dodge / dodge skill to get out of "danger", only to realize it was just barrier. I like the mechanic and will probably get used to it, but the implementation could be better.
Fat Disgrace.4275
Why do you insist on making really silly threads? Don't you have any other hobbys apart from trolling the forums.Well I like them, at first I thought the yellow bar was the old deep wound from gw1. sacredninja.5236
Seriously though, I am a frontliner in WvW, i dont have time to keep staring at my Health pool, i just subconsciously see how big the red area is at the bottom of my screen, so when I get barrier I absolutely freak out!!!!!!Make it blue or purple or something and fill it from the bottom, not the top pls!!!!! or give us a separate bar/pool for it pls!!!!!! Sir Vincent III.1286
This can easily be solved by making the barrier a White HP overlay. Making the Health circle of different color helps identify that I have a barrier up. Make the barrier drain from bottom up, opposite direction from the Health drain, also helps identify it during combat.with barrierhttp://sirvincentiii.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/gw2_w_barrier.pngbarrier 50%http://sirvincentiii.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/gw2_50_barrier.pngbarrier 25%http://sirvincentiii.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/gw2_25_barrier.pngAdding the numbers to the Health point is misleading and especially the draining numbers.
