For skyscale u just need all lw s4 maps, episode 6 completed and afaik episode 3 or 4 to the point where u unlock the sun's refuge. tbh thr skyscale collection is just plain easy. Its just overwhelming by the amount of collections but its 80% of the time just port to A and run to point B. The finding skyscale is completely skipable in 5min by using food and 150ish gold.

Alliance will be the final nail in the coffin. There will be no real communities anymore. F.e 3 Guilds from a alliance + other Guilds and Soloplayers and everyone is doing his own business for 8 weeks and then moving on to the next "relink" Anet then can rename WvW to GvG. tbh if the beta starts this year and it will be like this, i am going to quit the game.

dont like the idea of alliance system.. people without a guild will have every 2 month new people to deal with. no "real" long term communities anymore. There are still lot of servers where ppl playing WvW on the same server for years together and not transfering every 2 month. Having a TS, most people know each other..

The shiny armor skin doesn't even look that great. Maybe the leather one is decent. But this blue glow just sucks because it doesn't fit well with a lot of dyes, it looks ugly or the glow isn't visible anymore. Most people i see using this skins always looking the same. In the end they dyed it completely white or with some light grey/orange etc.. Sad we can't change glow color.

Could imagine the legendary armory will be something like: we can store legendarys in an "Legendary Bank" and we have access to it from all characters in the menu. By equiping a piece due the armory a temporarily copy will be created, bound to the character and armor template. We can reskin it how we want, put runes in it, stats. It wont affect other templates or characters. That's how I would design it.

Changing your gender, looks or your name is different than changing a race. It's all about personal quests which is different from race to race with 3 different routes and some other details. An items just can't modify the database in this way in GW2. Other mmos maybe offering it but they dont have personal quests and other things you chose in the character creation. It doesn't make sense to you because obviously u dont know kitten how games are working and u think its just one button clicking.

Only gankers and rangers camping on walls and using their pew pew rapid fire skill loves no downstate.

GW2 Battle Royale will be like 100 thiefs perms stealth and first one who gets visible dies first.

yeah just ignore the highly advanced Asura and their technology. Robots, huge flying ships, computers, energy cannons and whatever. Charr having kind of tanks... gw2 is a genre mix, not fantasy only.

Couldn't care less. At least everyone looks special in his own ways thanks to a lot of skins. There are too many games out there where at one point in the end content, everyone just looks the same.

Old credit card joke. Maybe people just know how to make gold f.e running Bouble Trains on the HoT Maps or other meta events. 70min each day bouble farming and you have 100-150 Gold each week alone from that.

November release seems reasonable because sales will be higher fall/winter. It's colder outside, people stay more at home. In the summer usual people play less.

After i had everything (map currency) i needed 4 days to complete all collections ( 4days because of the time gated feeding) Its not really hard. You also can skip the entirely collection for finding the Skyscale by using 160ish Gold.

like 99% of the servers. if WSR dont get a squad full of Layz and Kill people, the people or the pug squads are average at best too.

poor little deso babies lost their WSR parents 😢 ruled over 4 month T1, did the same with others and now crying in the first week.

Maybe we get a companion system like SWTOR. Someone with us and we can let the other companion(s) gather materials like 5 leather/hour through quests 😄

Deso is still big in numbers but without WSR they just suck in fights. 70 ppl straight clouding for hours to SN or Tower X and getting farmed by 40 people, till everyone is bored and they can flip and ppt.

and.. where does the bandwagoners from WSR went to?

A waypoint should only be contested when a wall or gate gets damage and loses at least 1% health. It's really getting boring when there are thiefes tagging a keep for hours.

Map layout like PoF, events like HoT. I dont like HoT Maps, they are a kitten mace. Sadly the Metas and rewards in Hot are better, especially with the bouble map bonus weeks.

i really hope the PvE Amulet has effects. all those salty tears. 😭🤤

Yeah let's make 4-5 month meta archivements, so we can use it for 2 weeks. Seems logic
