I only use shortbow, longbow is useless and far too slow. I think I already mentioned that the weapon is not slow in any way shape or form. Rev hammer is slow, necro staff AA is slow. LB for ranger is not slow. Period. Edit: that was another thread. Let’s look at the weapon then. AA is faster than Necro and rev, slower than a sb but with nearly twice the range, boo hoo if you believe that slow. It does more than REVENANT AA levels of damage when stacked with buffs, which is ridiculous. Rev hammer AA is ridiculous but at least it’s dumb slow. 2 skill needs no explanation. It’s always been good.3 skill gives you stealth, meaning you have potential disegage and the ability to reposition for bettter kiting.4 skill ignores LoS, so you can shoot it inside anything you see while covering a respectable area and slowing people down.5 skill is a super fast CC that gets stronger the closer you are to someone, giving you better potential to keep someone away from you and kite. It also pairs good with traits like Ancient Seeds and Rapid Fire to lock people down and pew pew to death. If you really believe this weapon is bad, you’re either lying or just really ignorant. Personally found longbow to be niche.. Its great in certain areas but as a condi Soulbeast i have no use for it.

Do't think it's going to stop here, by the way. One accidental slip sugested, that they at least are already thinking about selling especs. One has to wonder, how they are going to monetize jeweller 500, WvW alliances and Swiss tournaments (because at this point i am 99% sure they will find a way). Wha's going to be next? I don't think its ok at all, i think its pretty standard big business practices.. Sadly its become like this.. Not good at all but not surprising either.

Please add Golem Style mount skins for Asura characters, thanks.

Please give us an option to turn off skill and mastery points hints if we haven't used our skills yet..

When you gain skill and mastery points there is an annoying nagging thing at the top of the screen, and unless you use them its there everytime you waypoint or map load.. very annoying and there is no way to shut it off.

I enjoy tyria story, hot is just insanely tedious.. and pof while better is just too large with no waypoints.. and those brand areas are just silly.. The living Story is just atrocious all round (not attempted 4 yet)

As a player with a fair few characters 1 to 3 is my only choice.

If you craft Ascended gear you might want to pick up the Vipers exotic recipes.

For me Living Story 2 and 3 were atrociously hard, i gave up half way through 3 it was just unplayable solo. I'm not going to bother with 2 again either wow.

Yeah pretty poor, and mage knight costume is still bugged on my Asura.. 700 gems down the chute, Gem store is pretty bad lately.

Looks interesting, not sure about good, i hope the sword animations got a rework because if not its still going to be garbage in an high ping environment.. Seriously that fling me around skill never hits anything for me with a 300+ ping time.. Also the dagger main hand could use a range increase slightly..

I obtained it through the WVW reward track but you can buy it from the chili vendor (after completing the concert achievement). It isn't advisable to get the weapons + expensive tradable armor pieces just for the T-shirt.I still have no idea where that vendor is.. I'm still battling through living story 3 because its so hard i went on to Pof instead.I do agree with others the modern stuff really feels out of place but each to their own i guess..Strangely the Asura tech doesn't feel wrong to me no idea why.

Its dumb.. Longbow is bad enough as it is making it no longer even used as a weapon shows how poor the balancing is in this. Especially as ranger took years to get to even what it is now..

Wow i wonder why everyone hates Taimi.. Shes the only well acted character on the team and killing her off would be like ending the whole team because shes their heart.. Now i'm ok with ending the team but not Taimi shes great. I gotta say i'm totally with you there, they should have made proper elves or kept the Dwarves, cause i detest those salad huggers.. That said isn't eating salad cannibalism.
