  1. Make Holo also kill themselves when they overheat. But they deal 5x their health in damage in a 900 range AoE after a 2 second delay.
  2. Scrapper should have had -300 Vitality trait if they had given them a regenerating 2000~3000 point barrier which recharges when not taking damage for 10 seconds. How on earth is a base -300 Vitality gonna make up for barrier generation if and only if yu hit the target, and deal substantial amount of damage to actually get a meaningful amount of barrier?

  4. In theory, more endurance = more Bounding/Lotus = more damage. In practice, more endurance = I seriously have to dodge RIGHT NOW and break my AA chain to keep damage? Yea Havoc is pretty bad. Change it to deal 3% more Condi and Damage per stack, gain a stack for 7 seconds after a dodge.
  5. If it were up to me, I'll say let Ranger keep their unblockable, but we gut their damage from everywhere else. Soulbeasts really do an absurd amount of damage through a combination of boons, pure weapon damage, their pets and also various buffs, and the ability to fullstack Vulnerability all on their own. Something has to be done to make them less oppressive, and if one side isn't gonna be nerfed, in this case Ranger damage in general, other stuff has to be hit, like Sic'em and Unblockables. Thing here is, Sic'em and Unblockable nerfs will make Ranger less facerolly, but overall damage nerfs to everything else will actually hurt the Ranger's performance. Skilled players won't be affected by this as much as a straight up nerf to damage or even worse, nerf to Swoop or Moa stance, which I guarantee will totally cause their performance to tank.
  6. Sentry now removes Stealth. Yu just need to get good vs Warrior. And yes they nerfed the class alot.
  7. Problem with Core : Elites are better. Problem with Elites : other classes Elites are better. Why? Because Necros are easy to play. This ease of access cut out alot of mechanical potential when it comes to Necro, something many other classes have and require practice to pull off. As such, a noob Necro and an experienced Necro are one and the same, difference only being their knowledge of the game.

Problem is, Soulbeasts were able to do this to EVERYONE, including people who run around 1500 armor and at least 17k HP. And never mind Rapid fire, they were able to do this with Maul, Winter's Bite and Worldly Impact as well. Oh missed or blocked any of these? Let me just poke yu down with either Axe or Bow for 3k~5k damage per hit. AND DON'T THINK YUR GONNA GET AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, SWOOP SWOOP HERE I COME.
  9. If it were me, I would make Unstoppable Union give Stability and Might. Yur talking about a class which was designed to fight tooth and claw with their pet and have mainhand dagger as their Spec weapon. It would make more sense to funnel traits to support melee combat SB instead of giving them so much unblockables to poke people down with 1500 range AAs which hit for 5k damage on average. And maybe make power scaling on MH dagger better, I've been dying to fight with dagger like an animal but my fantasy of tearing and ripping my prey is ruined by the fact the dagger is condi focused.
  10. On average yu should always hit around 5k to 7k. 15k are like against paper builds with 25 stack Vuln. Pick yur targets I'll say. Go for Freshweavers, Hammer Revs and Rifle Holos, other Thieves or Scourges. Don't go for deceptively tanky builds like Soulbeasts, certain Engineers (Hammer Scrapper, Pistol Shield Holo) Warriors, DHs and Mesmers. Always go for a Reaper. They are free food.

  14. The problem with Preparations are the fact that they require pinpoint execution in order to function. It is possible to miss them entirely if yu aren't around to gauge them. I still think Preps should have a active trigger radius for more area, less effect, and trap trigger area for more effect and less area.
  15. Just because the other skills don't inherently blow people up doesn't mean they don't work.They just aren't that great for Stealth attacks, and it is a core weapon problem, and Malice should not be changed to "fix" those, not like they need to be fixed in anyway.

I like how I suggest something pretty simple which falls in line with the Devs' reasoning behind the nerfs, and suggest a sort of compromise or alternate positive trade off, but people decide to suggest a semi revert + more busted version of original Steal. Point is : JUST nerfing Steal range is lazy and horrible balance. Better solution is to give Swipe the Deadeye Mark treatment and make it support DD's in the face, high risk, big balls playstyle which rewards actively fighting in close range and evading aggression. But in the end, people just want core thief with three dodges. (Ps I'm highly aware core thief used to have 3 dodges before Elites were a thing, just let it go it's never coming back)
  17. Malice is meant to be a huge damage boost to hard hitting Stealth Attacks, so idk if they are willing to overload it with utility. Having 5 Malice already causes yur Stolen Skill to grant Stealth afterall.
  18. No. There isn't a problem in PvE or PvP. This feels more like a knee jerk nerf due to complains from someone who never plays Reaper. Realistically, no one camps Shroud in PvE. The rotation doesn't allow it and the dps loss is significant if one does camp Shroud more than necessary. The heal was very very enjoyable because sometimes yu do get hurt less than 90% Hp before going into Shroud, so healing back up during shroud allows yu to trigger Scholar to pull out damage in Shroud. PvP wise, no one stays in Shroud for long either. Camping it results in Lifeforce being burnt by enemy stacking Condi or Whaling on it since there are limited ways to gain LF in Shroud during a fight, nor can Necro access utilities to cleanse a Condi burst dropped on them. And for Openworld? Never mind Reaper, Core Necro with a Dagger and minions can tank for days.
  19. All they need for Cloak Venom is to stack on new application of Stealth.
  20. Smoke Field and Deadeye stupid good. Considering almost all Rifle skills are projectile finishers, yu basically keep a dude perma blinded. Shame, it's not exactly the Assassins Creed Smoke screen I would love which visually blinds the enemy as well but that would be too powerful.
  21. Well I just want DD to have a unique alteration of the class mechanic, on similar tones of Deadeye's Mark. I feel like an aggressive dash type skill would fit the brawler-thuggish DD better than Steal would for a sneaky assassin.
  22. A suggestion to make it unique to DD. Rob The Daredevil dashes forward, evading attacks.If they dash past a target, they gain a Stolen Skill and knock them down. 600 RangeKnocks down, damages and steals from the targeted enemy during the dash.UnblockableCan be used without a target. The damage and knockdown will not trigger, but the Steal will affect the first target encountered. (For stealth escape purposes)3/4 s Evasion
