Priestess Adhara a No-Show

edited October 20, 2017 in Guild Wars 2 Discussion

As you may have read in the update notes for October 19, 2017, we anticipated that a helpful being named Priestess Adhara would arrive in the Temple of Kormir to allow players to regain their achievement progress for the Chapter 7 story instance, “Facing the Truth.” Well, it turns out that the priestess missed her (griffon) flight and won’t be able to arrive until early next week. But no worries, you will be able to regain your achievement progress when that update goes live. Thanks very much for your patience with this situation!

At least you’d know she’d stick around.

I did hear that she's rather tacky.

But someone her subjects could bond with and players too to get their missing AP.

Gaile says she missed the Griffon flight; probably caught up in all the red tape needed to pass her security check.

Actually, she ended up with a sticky situation involving her passport! ;)

She should have sprung for the Deluxe ticket so she could head for the Lily Lounge while chilling at the griffonport.

Maybe you think irony can fix anything but it doesn't change the fact that you put a bug in the fix of another bug....

  • Can she fix all of the invisible walls and progress blocking bugs too? That would be kinda groovy.

Quest: Help the Choya chief in Pricklepatch Hollow, then speak with a randomly selected Choya in the village.
Take the griffon egg he gives you and bring it to the nearest Griffon roost. Read the dialogue about the whereabouts of Priestess Adhara and take the griffon to Palawa Joko's palace. Free Priestess Adhara from the prison and talk to the griffon again to take Priestess Adhara to the Temple of Kormir. Talk to her to get your achievement fixed. This will also grant you a secondary achievement for saving Adhara, but this is currently bugged for the time.

That can't be comfortable! Talk about getting stuck in the mud!
