assuming you are at the correct story stage (have the "eligible for...." icon in your buff bar) try failing the meta got mine by failing the meta in week 1, havent seen any fixes in patch notes so maybe you just need to fail it

an lfg tool might not help much, but it cant hurt. end of the day, gw2's problem is needing to raise the playerbase skill floor, lfg tools are worthless if all the random groups are fails

in short,. dont dungeon with noobs under lv80 without elite spec/very low mastery (over 80 with elite spec, highh mastery usually has enough dps to fast kill even if they dont skip so doesnt matter either way) this is my observation from doing dungeoneer just a month before EoD launched, and while it's toxic, it'll save you 50-70% of time oh also, twilight arbor is a bit special when it comes to skips (mostly fwd), even experienced groups can wipe trying to skip

so as of the patch yesterday, i think DE will die but to be fair, it hasnt died yet, still plenty of lfgs going on, they just fill up quite quickly and usually 2hrs in advance of the actual fight

if you click it open you would see 65% of the profit is attributed to imperial favor if you click that open you'd see it's based on trading armor pieces then selling on TP for about 3-4x what people put buy orders on, you'll never sell enough to make that return... (and thats assuming you can buy more than 1/week from that npc, i never tried...)

entirely different issues, vast vast vast majority of complaints isnt asking for more content, they are about existing content that is simply gw2's chosen business model, not an excuse for anything

you are talking about your main account, which you spend hundreds/thousands of hrs on, very different to buying EOD for $30 for alt accounts you'll struggle to get into decent strike groups with no AP/mastery unless you want to run the JP every week, you'll need 2x lv80 chars, you only get one for buying the expansion. Leveling a new char to lv80 on a new account takes about 10-15hrs minimum. you wont have mounts etc. on this new acct either say 1 event = 1 writ + 10 favor, you'll need about 6-7 events/30mins if you do 1 and 3 you should have enough karma for this
