i actually would love this and since i play PvE only it's not that bad. though i can imagine the PvP/WvW people would rage if this happened so the possibilities of such happening is.. impossible :) i do prefer if it was a stance or something that for it's duration, will root(kneel on) the user and execute the kneeled-version of the skill instead of the ordinary rifle skills and then unroot(kneel off) the user after the skill has finished (you can still dodge or whatever during this stance). this would be more like a QoL for rifle deadeyes so it would feel less clunky.

i'm all for more players so i'll only be for a PS5/Xbox GW2 if and only if it's cross platform like FFXIV. getting official controller support for the PC as a result of these is a bonus but not a requirement. this isn't much of an issue (the obsoletion/phasing-out of the platform).. iirc, FFXIV did an upgrade thing when it dropped ps3 (free upgrade to ps4) from it's platforms and just kept ps4+pc cross-multiplayer... and if it (FFXIV) will not be replaced by a newer FF mmorpg in the next 6 or so years, it might do the same and drop ps4 for the ps5 and offer ps4 users a free upgrade

bug still not fixed. but there seems to be a work-around.if you hide your bow by unchecking the box the bow strings wont disappear if you attack with your mount. i believe this is because it re-renders the bow each time when it is hidden (duh) thus the bow string render always gets refreshed instead of bugging out and disappearing when you normally have your weapon shown at all times.

there's no escape even if you could. even if arcDPS somehow was given by it's dev an option to hide personal DPS, you will eventually run into groups or people who would demand that you make your DPS public or risk getting yourself kicked off the group

i'd love a greatsword or offhand-sword for the next thief e-spec :) esp. if the next expansion is Cantha/Asian themed though if we ever get a greatsword spec, i wish they changed the default stance/animations a bit if the theme is based on asian swords/katanas to match it. if ever it's an offhand sword we're getting, the animations can be anything as long as it fits the core-thief theme

although not that game-breaking, i'd like to let you guys know (and follow up on @"CETheLucid.3964" 's thread) of a bug regarding bow strings (long or short bow on any profession/race/gender that can use such weapons) disappearing after using the mount engage/attack (all mounts) skill: https://en-forum.guildwars2.com/discussion/comment/744500 it's not on the Issue Tracker either after doing a good search

Nearly all of the female medium and heavy armors are feminine. I am not saying they do not show that the character is female. But they are without a doubt masculine femininity. a lot of the medium armours are tench-coats or huge coats of some kind. while some are effeminate, most of these coats are unisex in appeal that said, imo medium class could use more light jackets/vests over shirts with short/no sleeves (like the krytan jerkin) or tight fitting suits (akin to elegy/requiem but with less shiny/metal bits dangling) - stuff that could express the female curves without being skimpy (so we wont offend the OP and the like) while the male version of these could be all macho (shirts/jackets) or sleek looking (stealthy body suit) with these

i'd love to see the 「arctic explorer outfit」 come back someday this december ^,^

this is nice but it should only work while representing a guild, i'd also prefer they rather make an option to assign a custom colour to /g1 ~ /g5 that way when all 4 (or 5 if you aren't repping any) guilds are chatting all at once, it's easier to distinguish and reply to a particular guild-chat... having to seperate the different guild chats into many tabs is messy and prone to sending to the wrong channel. --- actually if they ever do that, they should let us assign custom colours to all chat channels like in other mmorpgs

one thing i find confusing in this game is that i don't know what sort of theme it's running, like it's not really medieval fantasy nor is it sci-fantasy nor is it modern. it's more like a mix of all themes and timelines so i guess a southsun/swimsuit outfit would fit in the game fine... but if they go that way i'd want them to release more casual stuff similar to the Dragon Emblem Outfit (gw2 t-shirt) or the never released school uniform outfit.

having your threads merged is a good sign :)... means someone or a mod took notice of your concern and probably relayed it to the devs or something.. that said, yeah this bug has been annoying me whenever i go on my ranger or use shortbow on my thief. but after a while i forget the bug exists especially when doing meta stuff and you get busy with all the enemies and players on your screen and the constant mounting+mounted skill usage mounting and dismounting (not using skill) seems to fix it for me temporarily (until i use a mount attack skill again)

thank you devs/admins for re-releasing belinda's greatsword skin ^^ hope the viper, trickster, & phalanx sets would make a return soon too

sometimes i find myself with nothing to do when i login after dailies, so i go join some world boss/meta groups and kill some time before logging out ^^

for what i want in the next (and future) expansion(s), it's so hard to choose between all the poll options as i find them all appealing but i think i have to give it to player housing. i've enjoyed that part of FF14 and Wildstar and would love for it to be an upgrade to the player's home instance here in gw2 ^^

i'd love it if we had the option to hide our equipped weapons like in other mmorpg's. atleast that way we'd have less cliping to worry about when not in combat ^^
