My go it is my Ranger. I made her and my Guardian at release, but recently I am spit on whether to swap them using ID repair kits lol.

I don't really "have" a main. I swap through my alts pretty often, but I have a few I play a bit more often, or are my go-to's if someone needs a hand. Of course it depends on how you define "main" too.

First character made? EleMost hours? Ele, followed extremely closely by my NecroCurrently playing the most? Ele, Necro, and Guard are pretty evenly spread for playtime right nowMode? PvE - Ele and Necro, PvP - Necro and Guard (depends on team comp), WvW - Ele, Necro, Ranger (depends on what I'm doing)

"main" as in your go to class for fun and enjoyment, the class you want to make guide for and read guides, follow twitch players to learn more its your specialty, the one class that you are fond of, rest then become secondary and altsmy main is thief, secondary is necro

Been playing for around 6 months, and for most of that time I've considered my Charr Rev as my main.

I haven't even played most classes to 80, but she gets me through all the HoT content.

i would definetly say it is the engineer with all its turrets, kits and gyros...

Since HoT's release I'm a Druid by heart. No other class/spec is so much fun to me like the Druid. I'm having my hopes up for some kind of support Scourge with PoF but I will always love Druid the most.

It is Mesmer it will be Mesmer forever...however my mind was more than just a little bit shocked as i saw what they have done to our mantras (healing mantra: lower heal when not fully charged, no option more for 3 charges, 20 seconds recharge time for 1 charge) the firebrand got 3 charges as basic....also i think since the recharge time from the ammo system is some sort of internal CD there should be no new casting....use 2 charges = cast new or get no new charge, that needs a little rework, however i really like the new ammo - system, it could be fun. Also i think time will tell what they will do next, so i have looked for another heal that i could use and found it...so now i have fun with my mesmer again....it took some time, but now i am ready for mirage (also still hoping for a longbow elite...or hammer with max range 1200).

My main for the first year of playing I'd say was ele, but then I started to try different classes and have mixed it up ever since. Normally I find 2 or 3 really fun builds on different classes when the meta changes and play those till it changes again and reassess every balance pass.

My current main is my necromancer, but she hasn't always been. I started out with my Engineer as my main. Then my Warrior was my main for a while. I tend to switch mains depending on the current content and how each class is performing in it. Elite specs heavily figure in, too.

A sylvari mesmer was my first character and chosen to boost when I bought Hot. But it's almost split half and half with my sylvari necromancer. For world bosses and dungeons, I tend to pick the mesmer. For story and season 3 map daily, I go with the necromancer. For everything else, it depends on my mood.
